Analisis survival adalah metode dalam statistika di mana variabel yang diperhatikan adalah waktu survival, waktu dari awal kejadian sampai terjadi kejadian khusus. Distribusi Weibull merupakan salah satu distribusi yang umum digunakan dalam analisis survival dan memiliki dua parameter yaitu parameter skala λ dan parameter bentuk γ. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi parameter skala λ dari data tersensor kanan berdistribusi Weibull menggunakan metode Bayes dengan prior informatif Gamma dan mengestimasi fungsi survival dan fungsi hazard dari data pasien tifus di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek. Dengan menggunakan metode Bayes, diperoleh penduga parameter skala λ, yaitu λ̂ B = (∑ δi+1 n i=1 ) (∑ ti γ+1 n i=1 ) . Fungsi survival pasien tifus di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Tahun 2023 adalah S(t) = exp((−0.009897)t 3 ). Fungsi hazard pasien tifus di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Tahun 2023 adalah h(t) = 3 (0.009897)t 2 . WEIBULL DISTRIBUTION SURVIVAL ANALYSIS OF RIGHT- CENSORED DATA USING THE BAYESIAN METHOD By DEFINA ZUL FAARA AZIIZAH Survival analysis is a method in statistics where the variable of interest in survival time, the time from the onset of event until a specific event occurs. Weibull distribution is one of the commonly used distributions in survival analysis and has two parameters, namely scale parameter λ dan shape parameter γ. This study aims to estimate the scale parameter λ of right censored data with Weibull distribution using Bayes method with Gamma informative prior and estimate the survival function and hazard function of typhoid patient data at Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Hospital. By using the Bayes method, the estimator of the scale parameter λ is obtained, namely (∑ δi+1 n i=1 ) (∑ ti γ+1 n i=1 ) . The survival function of typhoid patients at Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Hospital in 2023 is S(t) = exp((−0.009897)t 3 ) and the hazard function of typhoid patients at Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek in 2023 is h(t) = 3 (0.009897)t 2 .
