This study aims to analyse the influence of free shipping promo and flash sale promotion on Shopee consumer online shopping decisions in Bandar Lampung. The rapid growth of e-commerce has led to various marketing strategies used by online shopping platforms to attract consumers. Shopee, as one of the leading ecommerce platforms, frequently offers "Free Shipping" and Flash Sale promotions as part of its efforts to boost sales and customer loyalty. The type of research method chosen is descriptive analysis using quantitative approach. The information is collected from respondents via questionnaire. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from the answers of 150 respondents in Bandar Lampung who ever buy at Shopee using purposive sampling method with certain criteria. The results showed that the free shipping promo and flash sale promotion had a positive and significant effect on Shopee's online purchasing decisions in Bandar Lampung. Based on these findings, it is recommended that Shopee continues to maintain and enhance these promotional strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty in the future.
