Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Melalui keputusan Gubernur No 36 Tahun 2020 tentang pelaksanaan program Smart Village di Provinsi Lampung. Pemerintah Provinsi Lampung memutuskan beberapa desa di wilayah Lampung sebagai pilot project program Smart Village salah satunya yaitu Desa Podomoro, Kecamatan Pringsewu, Kabupaten Pringsewu. Studi ini tujuanya untuk mengevaluasi dan menganalisis tingkat dan bentuk partisipasi masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan program tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara untuk pengumpulan data. Adapun bentuk partisipasi masyarakat akan dievaluasi menggunakan 4 indikator yaitu partisipasi dalam pengambilan keputusan, dalam pelaksanaan, dalam pengambilan manfaat dan dalam pelaksanaan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa masyarakat belum berpartisipasi secara maksimal dalam pelaksanaan program smart village dalam hal ini terkait dengan pengambilan keputusan, pelaksanaan, manfaat dan evaluasi. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat masih sangat rendah sehingga berpotensi terhadap ketidak capaian tujuan dari program smart village. Kata Kunci : Partisipasi Masyarakat, Implementasi, Smart Village. Through Governor's Decree No. 36 of 2020 concerning the implementation of the Smart Village program in Lampung Province. The Lampung Provincial Government has decided on several villages in the Lampung region as pilot projects for the Smart Village program, one of which is Podomoro Village, Pringsewu District, Pringsewu Regency. The aim of this study is to evaluate and analyze the level and form of community participation in implementing the program. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method using observation and interview methods for data collection. The form of community participation will be evaluated using 4 indicators, namely participation in decision making, implementation, benefit taking and evaluation implementation. The research results show that the community has not participated optimally in the implementation of the smart village program in this case related to decision making, implementation, benefits and evaluation. This shows that community participation is still very low, which has the potential for not achieving the objectives of the smart village program.
