Penelitian ini bermula dari permasalahan kinerja pendidik di SDN 4 Way Lima yang belum optimal, yang salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan dan perlaksanaan supervisi kepala sekolah, yang secara teori apabila gaya kepemimpinan dan pelaksanaan supervisi sesuai dan efektif, maka kinerja pendidik akan meningkat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan dan perlaksanaan supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja pendidik di SDN 4 Way Lima. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Sumber data penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, pendidik, dan dokumen pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan di SDN 4 Way Lima dominan menggnakan gaya kepemimpinan demokrasi. Gaya kepemimpinan dan perlaksanaan supervisi kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap kinerja pendidik di SDN 4 Way Lima. Selain itu, temuan juga mengungkap bahwa faktor kinerja pendidik juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal pendidik, seperti keadaan pribadi, motivasi dalam diri, keterampilan, dan komitmen mereka terhadap tugas. The research begins with the problem of the performance of teachers in SDN 4 Way Lima, which is not optimum, and which is likely to be influenced by the leadership style and the implementation of the supervision of the head of the school, which in theory, when the style of leadership and supervision implementation is appropriate and effective, then the teacher's performance will be improved. The aim of the research is to find out how leadership styles and the execution of supervisory supervision are contributing to the performances of the educators in the SDN4 Way Lima. Qualitative research methods are used with data collection through observations, interviews, and document analysis. The results of the research show that the leadership style applied at SDN 4 Way Lima predominantly uses a democratic leadership style. The leadership style and the supervision of the head of the school has a major influence on the performance of educators in SDN 4 Way Lima. In addition, the findings also revealed that the performance factors of educators are also influenced by internal factors, such as personal circumstances, inner motivation, skills, and their commitment to duty.
