Turki telah aktif menyalurkan bantuan internasional ke Palestina sejak 2010. Pada periode 2020–2023, jumlah bantuan meningkat, dengan puncaknya pada 2024 saat Turki menjadi donor terbesar. Dukungan kuat juga ditunjukkan terhadap UNRWA, meskipun banyak negara bersikap skeptis. Temuan ini memunculkan pertanyaan mengenai motif di balik alokasi bantuan Turki pada 2020–2024. Dengan tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan persebaran bantuan Turki ke Palestina dalam 14 tahun terakhir dan mengidentifikasi motif yang mendasari bantuan internasional Turki ke Palestina. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif untuk mengkaji motif di balik alokasi bantuan internasional Turki ke Palestina. Landasan teoritis yang digunakan adalah konsep motif alokasi bantuan oleh Maria Andersson yang menyoroti berbagai tujuan di balik pemberian bantuan oleh negara donor. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui studi literatur yang mencakup laporan resmi, artikel jurnal ilmiah, serta pemberitaan dari berbagai media terpercaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama 14 tahun terakhir, Turki telah konsisten menyalurkan bantuan di sektor pendidikan, kesehatan, air bersih, pelatihan kejuruan, serta logistik dan pangan ke wilayah Tepi Barat dan Gaza. Bantuan ini tidak hanya didorong alasan kemanusiaan, tetapi juga mencerminkan motif identitas dan strategis. Turki memanfaatkannya untuk memperluas pengaruh di Timur Tengah, membangun citra sebagai pemimpin dunia Islam, memperbaiki hubungan dengan negara-negara regional pasca isolasi diplomatik, meningkatkan peran sebagai mediator konflik, serta memperkuat dukungan domestik terhadap pemerintahannya. Kata Kunci: bantuan, internasional, Palestina, Turki Turkey has been actively channeling international aid to Palestine since 2010. In the period 2020-2023, the amount of aid increased, with a peak in 2024 when Turkey became the largest donor. Strong support was also shown towards UNRWA, despite skepticism from many countries. These findings raise questions about the motives behind Turkey's aid allocation in 2020-2024. This study aims to describe the distribution of Turkish aid to Palestine in the last 14 years and identify the motives underlying Turkey's international aid to Palestine. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method to examine the motives behind Turkey's international aid allocation to Palestine. The theoretical foundation used is the concept of aid allocation motives by Maria Andersson which highlights the various objectives behind the provision of aid by donor countries. The data in this study was obtained through a literature study that included official reports, scientific journal articles, and news reports from various trusted media. The results show that over the past 14 years, Turkey has consistently channeled aid in the sectors of education, health, clean water, vocational training, as well as logistics and food to the West Bank and Gaza. This assistance is not only driven by humanitarian reasons, but also reflects identity and strategic motives. Turkey uses it to expand its influence in the Middle East, build its image as a leader of the Islamic world, improve relations with regional countries after diplomatic isolation, enhance its role as a conflict mediator, and strengthen domestic support for its government.
