Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan daya saing kopi Robusta Lampung dalam persaingan perdagangan internasional, melihat keunggulan kompetitif PT Surya Bumi Sentosa sebagai perusahaan produksi biji kopi Robusta Lampung, dan melihat keunggulan komparatif kopi Robusta Lampung dibanding daerah penghasil kopi Robusta lainnya di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive dan penentuan jumlah informan menggunakan snowball sampling. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data interaktif dan menggunakan triangulasi sumber sabagai keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian kualitatif menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan Surya Bumi Sentosa memiliki keunggulan kompetitif yang berdaya saing dengan tingkat produktivitas yang tinggi dengan didukung oleh faktorfaktor pendukung yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan sehingga menghasilkan biji kopi berkualitas yang mampu bersaing di mancanegara. Hasil analisis keunggulan komparatif menggunakan kajian RCA (Revealed Comparative Advantage) menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata indeks RCA Lampung tahun 2019 -2023 sebesar 58,96. Nilai indeks RCA di atas 1 membuktikan bahwa Lampung memiliki daya saing yang baik di pasar global. Berdasarkan hasil keunggulan komparatif dan keunggulan kompetitif menunjukkan bahwa kopi Robusta Lampung memiliki daya saing di perdagangan internasional. Kata Kunci: Ekspor, Komparatif, Kompetitif, Kopi, Pasar, Perdagangan Internasional This study aims to determine the competitiveness of Lampung Robusta coffee bean in the international market, to see the competitive advantages of PT Surya Bumi Sentosa as a Lampung Robusta coffee bean production company, and to see the comparative advantages of Lampung Robusta coffee compared to other Robusta coffee producing areas in Indonesia. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Informants were selected using purposive techniques and the determination of the number of informants using snowball sampling. The techniques used to collect data were through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used interactive data analysis and used triangulation of sources from various data validity. The results of qualitative research indicate that the Surya Bumi Sentosa company has a competitive advantage that is competitive with a high level of productivity supported by supporting factors owned by the company so that it produces quality coffee beans that are able to compete internationally. The results of the comparative advantage analysis using the RCA (Revealed Comparative Advantage) study show that the average value of the Lampung RCA index for 2019-2023 is 58.96. The RCA index value above 1 proves that Lampung has good competitiveness in the global market. Based on the results of comparative advantage and competitive advantage, it shows that Lampung Robusta coffee has competitiveness in international market.
