Abstract
This research aims to develop and build a library information system at SMAN Baradatu. This system is used as a means of information for library staff and students of SMAN 1 Baradatu to make it easier for them to input new members, new books and also borrow and return books at the library. The benefits of this system make it easier for library staff to collect book data and members who still use manual methods. This system can reduce the occurrence of errors in carrying out transactions in the SMAN Baradatu library. The Library Information System at Sman 1 Baradatu uses the PHP programming language. The method used is the Waterfall method, and the design uses Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results of system testing were carried out manually with members and students to test whether the system was running according to the needs of the school library and providing information well.
