Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Masalah penelitian ini yaitu menyangkut kinerja pendidik yang masih dalam kategori relatif rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui peningkatan kinerja pendidik melalui pengembangan instrumen kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kinerja pendidik Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R & D atau metode penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development). Pengembangan mengacu pada teori Borg & Gall. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pendidik SDN 1 Sumber Agung yang berjumlah 50 pendidik. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 44 dari 50 orang pendidik. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen tes yang valid dan reliabel. Hasil analisis data kevalidan menunjukkan instrumen kompetensi pedagogik sangat valid untuk digunakan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup dengan skala likert 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa signifikan antara kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kinerja pendidik sebesar 78,2%. Berdasarkan penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrumen kompetensi pedagogik yang dikembangkan valid dan efektif untuk menilai kinerja pendidik Sekolah Dasar. Kata kunci : Instrumen, Kinerja, Pendidik, Kompetensi, Pedagogik The problem of this research is related to the performance of educators who are still in a relatively low category. The purpose of this research is to determine the improvement in educator performance through the development of pedagogical competency instruments on the performance of elementary school educators was to determine the effectiveness of the development of pedagogical competence instruments on the performance of elementary school educators. This research uses the R & D method or research and development method. Development refers to the theory of Borg & Gall. The population of this study were 50 educators of SDN 1 Sumber Agung. The sample in this study amounted to 44 out of 50 educators. Data collection tools using valid and reliable test instruments. The results of validity data analysis show that the pedagogical competence instrument is very valid for use. The data collection technique used a closed questionnaire with a Likert 4 scale. The results showed that the significant between pedagogical competence and educator performance was 78.2%. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the pedagogical competence instrument developed is valid and effective for assessing the performance of elementary school educators.
