Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya keaktifan belajar peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri 01 Kampung Baru, Kabupaten Way Kanan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan soal. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian eksperimen. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan nonequaivalent control group design. Populasi berjumlah 23 peserta didik kelas IV. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik perposive sampling. Data dianalisis dengan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media visual berpengaruh terhadap keaktifan belajar sebesar 0,6338 atau 63,38% sedangkan sisanya 36,62% dipengaruhi faktor lain atau variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dari penggunana media visual terhadap keaktifan belajar peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri 01 Kampung Baru, Kabupaten Way Kanan. Kata Kunci: Keaktifan Belajar, Media Visual The problem in this research is the low learning activity of class IV students at SD Negeri 01 Kampung Baru, Way Kanan Regency. Data collection techniques use observation sheets and questions. This type of research is quantitative with experimental research methods. This research design uses a nonequivalent control group design. The population is 23 class IV students. The sample was determined using perposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The results of this research show that the use of visual media has an effect on learning activity by 0.6338 or 63.38%, while the remaining 36.62% is influenced by other factors or other variables that were not studied. The results of this research indicate that there is a significant influence from the use of visual media on the learning activeness of class IV students at SD Negeri 01 Kampung Baru, Way Kanan Regency.
