Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh financial distress, sales growth, dan struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi berjumlah 28 perusahaan pada sektor kesehatan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018-2022 dan diperoleh sampel dengan jumlah 17 perusahaan yang ditentukan oleh metode purposive sampling. Teknis analisis yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan analasis regresi data panel dengan program E-views 12 sebagai alat pengolah data. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Penelitian ini menunjukan hasil bahwa secara parsial financial distress dan sales growth berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan struktur modal secara parsial berpengaruh siginifikan negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara simultan financial distress, sales growth dan struktur modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Nilai Perusahaan, Financial Distress, Sales Growth, Struktur Modal This research aims to determine the effect of financial distress, sales growth and capital structure on company value. The population in this study was 28 health sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022 and a sample of 17 companies was obtained which was determined using the purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this research uses panel data regression analysis with the E-views 12 program as a data processing tool. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with an associative type of research. The research results show that partially financial distress and sales growth have an insignificant effect on company value, while capital structure partially has a significant negative effect on company value. Simultaneously, financial distress, sales growth and capital structure have a significant effect on company value. Keywords: Firm Value, Financial Distress, Sales Growth, Capital Structure
