Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat belajar siswa, perhatian orang tua, dan kreativitas guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada siswa kelas VIII SMP N 3 Natar. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP N 3 Natar, yang selanjutnya dilakukan pengambilan sampel yaitu simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 129 orang. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket/kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji t dan F serta diolah dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan minat belajar siswa, perhatian orang tua, dan kreativitas guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP N 3 Natar. Hasil belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan ketika adanya minat yang tinggi dalam belajar, perhatian yang penuh dari orang tua dalam membimbing anak belajar, dan adanya kreativitas guru yang bervariasi dalam mengajar. Kata Kunci : Hasil Belajar, Kreativitas Guru, Minat Belajar, Perhatian Orang Tua, This research aims to determine the influence of student interest in learning, parental attention, and teacher creativity on student learning outcomes for students at grade VIII in SMP N 3 Natar. The method used a descriptive verification with an ex-post facto approach. The population was the entire members of this class of the school while the number of samples was 129 students using a random sampling. The questionnaires and documentation were selected to collect the data and they were tested using t and F tests and processed using the SPSS program. The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence of student interest in learning, parental attention, and teacher creativity on the learning outcomes for students at grade VIII in SMP N 3 Natar. Student learning outcomes can be improved when there is high interest in learning, full attention from parents in guiding children's learning, and varied teacher creativity in teaching.
