Kondisi hutan saat ini telah mengalami kasus degradasi yang cukup parah hal ini terjadi akibat alih fungsi lahan yang dilakukan terus menerus, oleh karena itu perlu adanya Program Rehabilitasi Hutan dan Lahan dengan fokus peningkatan ekologi serta kesejahteraan ekonomi bagi masyarakat sekitar kasawan hutan, Program Rehabilitasi Hutan Dan Lahan merupakan kebijakan yang dilandasi oleh Permen LHK No. 23 tahun 2021 yang membahas mengenai “Pelaksanaan Rehabilitasi hutan dan lahan” Program Rehabilitasi Hutan dan Lahan menggunakan kategori tanaman MPTS (Multi Purpose Tree Species) berjenis Tanaman alpukat siger merupakan pilihan yang tepat bagi aspek ekologi dan ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Penerapan Green Economy Pada Program Rehabilitasi Hutan Dan Lahan Berbasis Tanaman Unggul Lokal indikator yang digunakan dalam pendekatan Green Economy yaitu peningkatan kualitas ekologi alam dan peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil peneltian ini menunjukan bahwa Penerapan RHL Berbasis tanaman unggul lokal berdampak pada peningkatan tutupan lahan kelas kebun campuran sebesar 6,12% dari luas total wilayah Register 38 Gunung Balak, serta pada aspek ekonomi Program Rehabilitasi Berbasis Tanaman Unggul Lokal telah menstimulusi masyarakat untuk menciptakan lapangan kerja seperti sentra pembibitan tanaman alpukat okulasi, usaha jasa penyambungan bibit dan sarana studi lapang. Kata Kunci: Penerapan Green Economy, Rehabilitasi Hutan dan Lahan, Kebijakan Publik The current condition of forests has experienced quite severe cases of degradation, this occurs due to continuous land conversion, therefore there is a need for a Forest and Land Rehabilitation Program with a focus on improving ecology and economic welfare for communities around forest areas, a Forest and Land Rehabilitation Program Land is a policy based on Minister of Environment and Forestry Regulation No. 23 of 2021 which discusses "Implementation of Forest and Land Rehabilitation". The Forest and Land Rehabilitation Program uses the MPTS (Multi Purpose Tree Species) plant category. Siger avocado plants are the right choice for ecological and economic aspects. This research aims to analyze the application of the Green Economy in the Forest and Land Rehabilitation Program Based on Local Superior Plants. The indicators used in the Green Economy approach are improving the quality of natural ecology and improving the community economy. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that the implementation of RHL based on local superior plants has an impact on increasing mixed garden class land cover by 6.12% of the total area of Register 38 of Gunung Balak as well as on the economic aspect of the Rehabilitation Program Based on Local Superior Plants which has stimulated the community to create jobs. such as grafting avocado plant nursery centers, seed grafting service businesses and field study facilities.
