Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan faktor penyebab terjadinya penerima bantuan sosial ganda, serta solusi untuk permasalahan penerima bantuan sosial ganda yang terjadi di Desa Srikaton, Kecamatan Seputih Surabaya, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Fokus dalam penelitian ini ialah faktor penyebab penerima bantuan sosial ganda dan juga solusi untuk permasalahan bantuan sosial ganda yang terjadi di Desa Srikaton, Kecamatan Seputih Surabaya, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor penyebab terjadinya penerima bantuan sosial ganda di Desa Srikaton, Kecamatan Seputih Surabaya, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah didasarkan oleh 2 faktor, yaitu faktor dari pemerintah dan faktor dari masyarakat. Faktor penyebab terjadi penerima bantuan sosial ganda dari pemerintah yaitu masalah administrasi, masalah penyaluran bantuan, dan masalah alokasi anggaran. Sedangkan masalah dari masyarakat yaitu kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat mengenai bantuan sosial baik dari jenis, kriteria, serta syarat penerima bantuan, serta kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan bantuan secara maksimal. Solusi yang tepat untuk mengatasi permasalahan bantuan sosial ganda di Desa Srikaton dapat dilakukan dengan 2 cara, yaitu 1) untuk pemerintah desa sebaiknya melakukan pengukuran keefektifan program, seperti ketepatan sasaran, sosialisasi program, tujuan program, dan pemantauan program. 2) untuk masyarakat sebaiknya dilakukan sosialisasi program mengenai bantuan sosial serta lebih menghimbau masyarakat agar lebih bijak dalam memanfaatkan bantuan. Kata Kunci : Bantuan Sosial, Faktor Penyebab Bantuan Sosial Ganda, Solusi Bantuan Sosial Ganda ABSTRACT The phenomenon of Multiple Social Assistance in Srikaton Village Seputih Sub-district Surabaya Central Lampung District By Adina Aprilia This research aims to describe the factors that cause multiple social assistance recipients, as well as solutions to the problems of multiple social assistance recipients that occurs in Srikaton Village, Seputih District, Surabaya, Central Lampung Regency. This research uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative aproach. The focus in this research is on the problem of multiple social assistance that occurs in Srikaton Village. Seputih District, Surabaya, Central Lampung Regency. The result of this research show that the factors causing multiple social assistance recipients in Srikaton Village, Seputih District, Surabaya, Central Lampung Regency are based on 2 factors, namely factors from the government and factors from the community. Factors that cause multiple recipients of social assistance from the government namely administrative problems, aid distribution problems, and budget allocation problems. While the problem of the community is the lack of public understanding regarding good social assistance and the types, criteria and conditions for recipients of assistance as well as the lack of public awareness in utilizing assistance optimally, the right solution to overcome the problem of multiple social assistance in Srikaton Village can be done in 2 ways, namely 1) village government should measure program effectiveness, such as the accuracy of program, socialization targets, program objectives, and program monitoring. 2) for the community, it would be better to disseminate programs regarding social assistance and encourage the community to be more willing to use assistance.
