This research aims to analyze the partnership pattern, the performance of the supply subsystem of production facilities, the performance of the cultivation subsystem, the performance of the marketing subsystem, the performance of support service subsystems, and the performance of the agribusiness system in the partnership broiler chicken farming business at PT Mitra Mahkota Buana (MMB) in Sribhawono District, East Lampung Regency. The research method is study case. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The analysis of the partnership pattern uses a qualitative descriptive method, while the performance analysis of the supply subsystem of production facilities, the performance of the cultivation subsystem, the performance of the marketing subsystem, the performance of the support service subsystem, and the performance of the agribusiness system use a quantitative descriptive method with weighted indices. Data collection was carried out from September to October 2023. Respondents in this study consisted of 50 broiler chicken farmers, three employees of PT MMB, 10 broiler chicken brokers, and 10 broiler chicken traders. The results of the study show that the general trade partnership pattern between PT MMB and vendors and the core plasma partnership pattern between PT MMB and farmers have been running well. The performance of the supply subsystem of production facilities is good with an index value of 10.74. The performance of the broiler chicken cultivation subsystem has been running well with an index value of 12.88. The performance of the broiler chicken marketing subsystem has been running well and all indicators have been met with an index value of 6. The performance of the support service subsystem is good with an index value of 8.78. The performance of the agribusiness system is good with an index value of 10.10 or equivalent to 85.16 percent of the maximum value. Keywords: agribusiness index, broiler chicken, partnership ABSTRAK ANALISIS KINERJA SISTEM AGRIBSINIS PETERNAKAN AYAM BROILER KECAMATAN SRIBHAWONO KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TIMUR (STUDI KASUS PT MITRA MAHKOTA BUANA) Oleh Atha Nadhila Rosa Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola kemitraan, kinerja subsistem penyediaan sarana produksi, kinerja subsistem budidaya, kinerja subsistem pemasaran, kinerja subsistem jasa layanan pendukung, dan kinerja sistem agribisnis pada usaha kemitraan peternakan ayam broiler di PT Mitra Mahkota Buana (MMB) Kecamatan Sribhawono Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Metode penelitian yang dugunakan adalah studi kasus. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis pola kemitraan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, sedangkan analisis kinerja subsistem penyediaan sarana produksi, kinerja subsistem budidaya, kinerja subsistem pemasaran, kinerja subsistem jasa layanan pendukung, dan kinerja sistem agribisnis menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan indeks tertimbang. Waktu pengumpulan data dilakukan dari Bulan September sampai Oktober 2023. Responden dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 50 orang peternak ayam broiler, tiga orang karyawan PT MMB, 10 orang broker ayam broiler, dan 10 orang bakul ayam broiler. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola kemitraan dagang umum antar PT MMB dengan vendor dan pola kemitraan inti plasma antara PT MMB dengan peternak sudah berjalan dengan baik. Kinerja subsistem penyediaan sarana produksi sudah baik dengan nilai indeks sebesar 10,74. Kinerja subsistem budidaya ayam broiler sudah berjalan dengan baik dengan nilai indeks sebesar 12,88. Kinerja subsistem pemasaran ayam broiler sudah berjalan dengan baik dan semua indikator sudah terpenuhi dengan nilai indeks sebesar enam. Kinerja subsistem jasa layanan pendukung sudah baik dengan nilai indeks sebesar 8,78. Kinerja sistem agribisnis sudah baik dengan nilai indeks sebesar 10,10 atau setara dengan 85,16 persen dari nilai maksimal. Kata kunci: ayam broiler, indeks agribisnis, kemitraan.
