Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh substitusi tepung daun kelor (Moringa oleifera) pada ransum terhadap total eritrosit, kadar hemoglobin, dan kadar hematokrit Kambing Peranakan Boer berumur 4--11 bulan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan 04 Desember 2023--17 Januari 2024 di Peternakan PERKASA, Desa Simpang Agung, Kecamatan Seputih Agung, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah, Provinsi Lampung. Pemeriksaan total eritrosit, kadar hemoglobin, dan kadar hematokrit dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Patologi Balai Veteriner Lampung. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan tiga perlakuan dan lima kelompok menggunakan 15 Kambing Peranakan Boer dari bobot badan terkecil sampai terbesar. Perlakuan pada penelitian ini yaitu P0: 100% ransum basal (60% silase daun dan batang singkong + 40% konsentrat); P1: 95% ransum basal + 5% tepung daun kelor; dan P2: 90% ransum basal + 10% tepung daun kelor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata total eritrosit sebesar P0= 13,96±1,08 juta sel/mm3; P1=14,32±0,84 juta sel/mm3; dan P2=14,13±0,82 juta sel/mm3, rata-rata kadar hemoglobin sebesar P0=12,72±1,04 g/dl; P1=12,98±0,54 g/dl; dan P2=12,82±0,50 g/dl, dan rata-rata kadar hematokrit sebesar P0=40,66±3,53%; P1=41,28±2,22%; dan P2=40,62±2,59%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa substitusi tepung daun kelor (Moringa oleifera) pada ransum tidak mempengaruhi total eritrosit, kadar hemoglobin dan kadar hematokrit, sehingga substitusi tepung daun kelor dapat dilakukan hingga 10%. THE EFFECT OF SUBSTITUTION OF MORINGA LEAF FLOUR (Moringa oleifera) IN THE RATION ON TOTAL ERYTHROCYTES, HEMOGLOBIN LEVELS AND HEMATOCRITE LEVELS OF BOER CROSSBREED GOATS By Fahmi Fadhillah Alfaruq This study aimed to determine the effect of substitution of moringa leaf flour (Moringa oleifera) in the diet on total erythrocytes, hemoglobin levels and hematocrit levels of Boer crossbreed goats aged 4--11 months. This research was carried out 04 December 2023--17 January 2024 at the PERKASA Farm, Simpang Agung Village, Seputih Agung District, Central Lampung Regency, Lampung Province. Examination of total erythrocytes, hemoglobin levels and hematocrit levels was carried out at the Patology Laboratory Lampung Veterinary Disease Center. This research was conducted using a Randomized Block Design with three treatments and five groups using 15 Boer crossbreed goats from smallest to largest body weight. The treatments in this study were P0: 100% basal ration (60% cassava leaf and stem silage + 40% concentrate); P1: 95% basal ration + 5% Moringa leaf meal; and P2: 90% basal ration + 10% moringa leaf meal. The results showed that the average total erythrocytes were P0 = 13.96 ± 1.08 million cells/mm3; P1=14.32±0.84 million cells/mm3; and P2=14.13±0.82 million cells/mm3, average hemoglobin level was P0=12.72±1.04 g/dl; P1=12.98±0.54 g/dl; and P2=12.82±0.50 g/dl, and the average hematocrit level was P0=40.66±3.53%; P1=41.28±2.22%; and P2=40.62±2.59%. The conclusion of this research is that substitution of (Moringa oleifera) leaf flour in the ration does not affect total erythrocytes, hemoglobin levels and hematocrit levels, so that Moringa leaf flour substitution can be done up to 10%.
