Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) merupakan lembaga penyelenggara pemilu yang bersifat nasional, tetap, dan mandiri yang bertugas melaksanakan pemilu dan memiliki wilayah kerja di seluruh wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Adanya Technology Acceptance Model dan sistem pemerintahan berbasis elektronik menjadi permasalahan bagi pegawai dengan berbagai kondisi kemampuan menggunakan teknologi yang terus berkembang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Technology Acceptance Model terhadap niat menggunakan sistem pemerintahan berbasis elektronik dengan kepercayaan sebagai variabel mediasi pada aparatur sipil negara Sekretariat Komisi Pemilihan Umum di Provinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini didapat dari hasil pengujian kuesioner terhadap 251 pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara Sekretariat Komisi Pemilihan Umum di Provinsi Lampung yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian dengan teknik Purposive sampling. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini yaitu mendukung empat hipotesis yang diajukan yaitu H1 Perceived Ease of Us (PeoU) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat menggunakan SPBE Aparatur Sipil Negara Sekretariat Komisi Pemilihan Umum di Provinsi Lampung, H2 Perceived of Usefullness (PU) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat menggunakan SPBE Aparatur Sipil Negara Sekretariat Komisi Pemilihan Umum di Provinsi Lampung, H3 Perceived Ease of Us (PeoU) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan terhadap SPBE Aparatur Sipil Negara Sekretariat Komisi Pemilihan Umum di Provinsi Lampung, H4 Perceived of Usefullnes (PU) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan terhadap SPBE Aparatur Sipil Negara Sekretariat Komisi Pemilihan Umum di Provinsi Lampung dan tidak mendukung tiga hipotesis yang diajukan yaitu H5 Kepercayaan terhadap SPBE berpengaruh positif dan sginifikan terhadap niat menggunakan SPBE SPBE Aparatur Sipil Negara Sekretariat Komisi Pemilihan Umum di Provinsi Lampung, H6 Kepercayaan terhadap SPBE memediasi pegaruh Perceived Ease of Us(PeoU) terhadap niat menggunakan SPBE Aparatur Sipil Negara Sekretariat Komisi Pemilihan Umum di Provinsi Lampung, dan H7 Kepercayaan terhadap SPBE memediasi pegaruh Perceived of Usefullness (PU) terhadap niat menggunakan SPBE Aparatur Sipil Negara Sekretariat Komisi Pemilihan Umum di Provinsi Lampung. Saran dari penelitian ini pertama, KPU sebaiknya memperbaiki atau melakukan pembaruan sistem layanan SPBE KPU agar memiliki alur lebih sederhana dan mudah dipahami agar para pegawai menjadi ahli untuk menggunakan sistem layanan SPBE KPU. Kedua, diperlukan penambahan sistem SPBEKPU yang dapat membuat layanan ke publik menjadi lebih cepat dan sistem SPBE KPU harus memudahkan para pegawai untuk mengakses lebih banyak layanan pemerintah dari pada yang biasa dilakukan dengan adanya SPBE KPU. Ketiga, KPU sebaiknya mengembangkan sistem informasi yang turut memperhatikan perkembangan struktur hukum dan teknologi yang melindungi keamanan untuk para pegawai. Keempat, KPUsebaiknya mengembangkan sistem informasi yang lebih menarik dan informatif sehingga dapat menjadi sumber terpercaya dalam memberikan informasi kepemiluan bagi penggunanya. Serta, penelitian selanjutnya dapat melakukan penambahan jumlah ukuran sampel dan cakupan area studi untuk mencapai hasil yang lebih tepat. Selain itu, dapat diteliti lebih lanjut tentang pengaruh faktor lain seperti kenyamanan pengguna,dan inovasi dalam pembangunan sistem pemerintahan berbasis elektronik KPU. ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL ON INTENTION TO USE ELECTRONIC GOVERNMENT SYSTEMS WITH TRUST AS A MEDIATION VARIABLE (Study of the General Election Commission Secretariat State Civil Apparatus in Lampung Province) By: Yuanita Christianti The General Election Commission is a national, permanent and independent election organizing institution which is tasked with carrying out elections and has working areas throughout the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. The existence of the Technology Acceptance Model and electronic-based government systems is a problem for employees with various conditions whose ability to use technology continues to develop. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the Technology Acceptance Model on the intention to use an electronic-based government system with trust as a mediating variable in the state civil apparatus of the General Election Commission Secretariat in Lampung Province. This research is quantitative research and is analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The data used in this research was obtained from the results of questionnaire testing on 251 employees of the State Civil Apparatus Secretariat of the General Election Commission in Lampung Province who were used as samples in the research using a purposive sampling technique. The results obtained from this research support the four hypotheses proposed, namely H1 Perceived Ease of Us (PeoU) has a positive and significant effect on the intention to use SPBE for the State Civil Apparatus of the General Election Commission Secretariat in Lampung Province, H2 Perceived Usefulness (PU) has a positive and significant to the intention to use the SPBE of the State Civil Apparatus of the General Election Commission Secretariat in Lampung Province, H3 Perceived Ease of Us (PeoU) has a positive and significant effect on trust in the SPBE of the State Civil Apparatus of the General Election Commission Secretariat in Lampung Province, H4 Perceived Usefulness (PU) has a positive and significant effect on trust in the SPBE of the State Civil Apparatus of the General Election Commission Secretariat in Lampung Province and does not support the three hypotheses proposed, namely H5 Trust in the SPBE has a positive and significant effect on the intention to use SPBE SPBE of the State Civil Apparatus of the General Election Commission Secretariat in Lampung Province, H6 Trust in SPBE mediates the influence of Perceived Ease of Us (PeoU) on the intention to use SPBE of the State Civil Apparatus Secretariat of the General Election Commission in Lampung Province, and H7 Trust in SPBE mediates the influence of Perceived Usefulness (PU) on the intention to use SPBE of State Civil Apparatus of the Commission Secretariat General Election in Lampung Province. The first suggestion from this research is that the KPU should improve or update the KPU SPBE service system so that it has a simpler and easier to understand flow so that employees become experts in using the KPU SPBE service system. Second, it is necessary to add the KPU SPBE system which can make services to the public faster and the KPU SPBE system must make it easier for employees to access more government services than is usually possible with the KPU SPBE. Third, the KPU should develop an information system that takes into account the development of legal and technological structures that protect the security of employees. Fourth, the KPU should develop a more interesting and informative information system so that it can become a trusted source in providing electoral information to its users. Also, further research can increase the sample size and study area coverage to achieve more precise results. Apart from that, further research can be done on the influence of other factors such as user comfort and innovation in developing KPU electronic-based government systems.
