Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh berdirinya pabrik tripleks terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat di Desa Bumi Ratu, Kecamatan Umpu Semenguk, Kabupaten Way Kanan. Berdasarkan rumusan masalah "Bagaimana pengaruh berdirinya pabrik tripleks terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat di Desa Bumi Ratu?", penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengamatan dan pengisian kuesioner oleh 30 responden. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa variabel pabrik tripleks (X) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi (Y) dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 1,643. Hal ini berarti setiap kenaikan 1 satuan pada variabel pabrik tripleks akan meningkatkan kondisi sosial ekonomi sebesar 1,643. Uji t menunjukkan bahwa t hitung (3,844) lebih besar dari t tabel (1,643) dan nilai signifikansi (0,001) kurang dari alpha (0,05), sehingga hipotesis diterima. Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi (R square) sebesar 0,322, dapat disimpulkan bahwa 32,2% variasi dalam kondisi sosial ekonomi dijelaskan oleh variabel pabrik tripleks. Meskipun kontribusinya tergolong lemah, hasil penelitian ini tetap menunjukkan adanya hubungan linear positif antara pabrik tripleks dan kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat. Kata kunci: Pabrik, Tripleks, Sosial dan Ekonomi 5 ABSTRACT IMPACT OF TRIPLEX FACTORY ESTABLISHMENT ON THE SOCIO- ECONOMIC CONDITIONS OF BUMI RATU VILLAGE, UMPU SEMENGUK DISTRICT, WAY KANAN REGENCY By Ani Septia Hapsari This study explores the impact of the establishment of a plywood factory on the socio-economic conditions of the community in Bumi Ratu Village, Umpu Semenguk District, Way Kanan Regency. The research focuses on the question, "How does the establishment of a plywood factory affect the socio-economic conditions of the community in Bumi Ratu Village?" This quantitative study utilized observations and questionnaires completed by 30 respondents. Regression analysis results indicate that the plywood factory variable (X) has a positive and significant influence on socio-economic conditions (Y) with a regression coefficient of 1.643, meaning that each unit increase in the plywood factory variable will enhance socio-economic conditions by 1.643. The t-test shows that the t-calculated value (3.844) is greater than the t-table value (1.643), and the significance value (0.001) is less than alpha (0.05), thus the hypothesis is accepted. Based on the coefficient of determination test (R square) of 0.322, it can be concluded that 32.2% of the variation in socio-economic conditions is explained by the plywood factory variable. Although the contribution is relatively weak, the results of this study still demonstrate a positive linear relationship between the plywood factory and the socio-economic conditions of the community.
