Teacher welfare requires attention in the education sector. The problem of teacher welfare lies in income. This study aims to determine how much influence the research variables have on the welfare of state civil apparatus at public elementary schools in Bandar Lampung City. This research method is descriptive quantitative and cross-section data sourced from primary data conducted by filling out questionnaires and interviews with 155 respondents. The sampling technique was done by lottery from 167 public elementary schools and 20 sub-districts in Bandar Lampung City. Data processing regression estimation using multiple linear regression method. This study explores the relationship between household consumption expenditure, marital status, number of children, working hours, teacher certification, education, training, gender, age, and work experience. The findings of this study are that the variables of marital status, number of children, working hours, certification, education, training, gender, age, and work experience have a positive and significant effect on the welfare of teachers state civil apparatus on elementaray public schools in Bandar Lampung City. Meanwhile, the consumption variable has a negative and significant effect on the welfare of state civil apparatus on elementary public schools in Bandar Lampung City. The teacher certification variable has a major influence on the welfare of state civil apparatus on elementary public schools in Bandar Lampung City. Nominal income could adjust to the price of basic goods so as not to worsen the purchasing power of teacher consumption. Keywords : teacher, teacher welfare, consumsi, and certification Kesejahteraan guru membutuhkan perhatian pada sektor pendidikan. Masalah kesejahteraan guru terletak pada pendapatan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel-variabel penelitian terhadap kesejahteraan guru aparatur sipil negara pada sekolah dasar negeri di Kota Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dan data cross-section yang bersumber dari data primer yang dilakukan dengan metode pengisian kuesioner dan wawancara sebanyak 155 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel melalui cara undian dari 167 sekolah dasar negeri dan 20 kecamatan di wilayah Kota Bandar Lampung. Pengolahan data estimasi regresi dengan metode regresi linier berganda. Studi ini mencari lebih mendalam hubungan antara pengeluaran konsumsi rumah tangga, status pernikahan, jumlah anak, jam kerja, sertifikasi guru, pendidikan, pelatihan, jenis kelamin, umur, dan masa kerja. Temuan hasil penelitian ini adalah variabel status pernikahan, jumlah anak, jam kerja, sertifikasi, pendidikan, pelatihan, jenis kelamin, umur, dan masa kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan guru pegawai aparatur sipil negara pada sekolah dasar negeri di Kota Bandar Lampung. Sedangkan, variabel konsumsi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan guru aparatur sipil negara pada sekolah dasar negeri di Kota Bandar Lampung. Variabel sertifikasi guru memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap kesejahteraan guru aparatur sipil negara pada sekolah dasar negeri di Kota Bandar Lampung. Nominal pendapatan dapat menyesuaikan dengan harga barang pokok agar tidak memperburuk daya beli konsumsi guru. Kata Kunci : guru, kesejahteraan guru, konsumsi, dan sertifikasi guru
