Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kurang optimalnya kemampuan kolaborasi belajar peserta didik serta keterkaitannya dengan kurangnya kepercayaan diri dan keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal peserta didik kelas IV SDIT Al Muhsin Metro. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan yang signifikan antara kepercayaan diri dan keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal dengan kemampuan kolaborasi belajar peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan metode peneltian ex post facto korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 94 orang peserta didik, dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa angket dengan skala Likert yang valid dan reliabel. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment dan multiple correlation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepercayaan diri dan keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal dengan kemampuan kolaborasi belajar peserta didik, ditunjukkan pada taraf sangat kuat. Kata kunci: kemampuan kolaborasi belajar, kepercayaan diri, keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal The problem in this research was the low learning collaboration ability by students and its relation to the lack of self confidence and interpersonal communication skill of fourth grade students at SDIT Al Muhsin Metro. The purposed of this study was to analyzed and determined a significant relationship between self confidence and interpersonal communication skill with learning collaboration ability. This type of research is quantitative with the ex post facto correlation research method. The population in this study amounted to 94 students. The sampling techniques used nonprobability sampling. Data collection techniques used questionnaires with valid and reliabel Likert scale. Data analysis used product-moment correlation and multiple correlations. The result of the study showed that there was a significant relationship between self confidence and interpersonal communication skill with learning collaboration ability student, indicated at the very strong level.
