Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik kewirausahaan dan efikasi diri terhadap keberhasilan usaha di Kecamatan Bumi Waras. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif verikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini pelaku usaha makanan sebanyak 124 orang. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 95 orang, yang diperoleh dengan teknik pengambilan sampel probability sampling dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji t dan F yang diolah dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara silmultan karakteristik kewirausahaan dan efikasi diri terhadap keberhasilan usaha di Kecamatan Bumi Waras dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 63,9% dan sisanya 36,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Karakteristik Kewirausahaan, Efikasi Diri, Keberhasilan Usaha This research aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurial characteristics and self-efficacy on business success in Bumi Waras District. This research is quantitative research with research methods using descriptive verification. The population in this study was 124 food business actors. The number of samples in this study was 95 people, which were obtained using probability sampling techniques using simple random sampling. Data collection uses observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Hypothesis testing was carried out using t and F tests processed with the SPSS program. The results of this research show that there is a simultaneous influence of entrepreneurial characteristics and self-efficacy on business success in Bumi Waras District with a coefficient of determination of 63.9% and the remaining 36.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.
