Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar IPS Terpadu menggunakan model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) dan Model Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) serta interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan aktivitas belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen semu dengan pendekatan komparatif. Populasi penelitian ini 186 siswa dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 70 siswa yang ditentukan dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Teknik pengambilan data dengan observasi non partisipatif, wawancara tidak terstruktur, dokumentasi, tes, dan angket. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan rumus analisis varian dua jalan dan t-test dua sampel independen. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model pembelajaran TSTS dengan rata-rata nilai 86,5 dan siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran STAD dengan rata-rata nilai 74,72 ditinjau dari aktivitas belajar tinggi dan aktivitas belajar rendah dengan siswa yang menggunakan model TSTS menunjukkan hasil belajar yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang menggunakan model STAD serta tidak ada interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan aktivitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu. This study aims to determine the differences in Integrated Social Studies learning outcomes using Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) and Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) learning models and the interaction between learning models and student learning activities. The method used in this research is a pseudoexperimental method with a comparative approach. The population of this study was 186 students with a sample size of 70 students determined by cluster random sampling technique. Data collection techniques with non-participatory observation, unstructured interviews, documentation, tests, and questionnaires. Hypothesis testing uses the two-way analysis of variance formula and the t-test of two independent samples. The results of data analysis showed that there were differences in the learning outcomes of Integrated Social Studies students whose learning used the TSTS learning model with an average score of 76.5 and students who used the STAD learning model with an average score of 64.72 in terms of high learning activity and low learning activity with students using the TSTS model showing higher learning outcomes compared to students using the STAD model and there was no interaction between learning models with learning activities on student learning outcomes in Integrated Social Studies subjects.
