Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
The problem of this research is the lack of ability of students to regulate emotions. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of group guidance services using role playing techniques in increasing the level of emotional regulation of grade XI students at SMAS Taman Siswa Teluk Betung Utara, Bandar Lampung City. This study uses a quantitative research method with a Quasi Experiment Non-Equivalent Control Group Design design model. The data collection technique uses an emotion regulation instrument with a Likert scale. The number of samples used was 8 students. This study uses the voluntary sampling method. The results of the calculation of the Paired Sample T Test obtained a value of Sig. in the experimental class of 0.001 < 0.05, it can be interpreted that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. This shows that the guidance of the role playing technique group has proven to be effective in improving emotional regulation for grade XI students at SMAS Taman Siswa Teluk Betung Utara Bandar Lampung.
