Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan perilaku servant leadership kepala sekolah dalam mewujudkan sekolah inklusif di SMA X Tanjung Bintang. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Teknik penentuan informan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik snowball sampling dengan jumlah sebelas informan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis melalui proses pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kepala sekolah memiliki peran penting dalam kepemimpinan pendidikan. (1) Perilaku character orientation ditunjukkan dengan sikap bijaksana dalam mengambil keputusan, rendah hati, mendengarkan masukan, dan mengutamakan kepentingan bersama. (2) Perilaku people orientation terlihat dari kepedulian kepala sekolah terhadap kesejahteraan guru, staf, dan siswa, serta membangun hubungan yang harmonis dan mendukung perkembangan profesional. (3) Perilaku task orientation dilakukan dengan menyampaikan visi, misi, dan kebijakan sekolah secara jelas, mendengarkan pendapat warga sekolah, serta memberikan bimbingan dan motivasi. (4) Perilaku process orientation diwujudkan melalui pemberian arahan, dukungan, dan pelayanan yang menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman, kolaboratif, dan berdaya saing. Kata kunci: servant leadership, kepala sekolah, sekolah inklusif This study aims to analyze and describe the behavior of servant leadership of the principal in realizing an inclusive school at SMA X Tanjung Bintang. The study used a qualitative method with a case study type. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document studies. The technique for determining informants in this study used the snowball sampling technique with a total of eleven informants. The data obtained were analyzed through the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the principal's behavior has an important role in educational leadership. (1) Character orientation behavior is shown by being wise in making decisions, being humble, listening to input, and prioritizing the common interest. (2) People orientation behavior can be seen from the principal's concern for the welfare of teachers, staff, and students, as well as building harmonious relationships and supporting professional development. (3) Task orientation behavior is carried out by clearly conveying the school's vision, mission, and policies, listening to the opinions of school members, and providing guidance and motivation. (4) process orientation behavior is realized through providing direction, support, and services that create a comfortable, collaborative, and competitive work environment.
