Rendahnya penonton Lampung Hari Ini (LHI) dan pra-survey menunjukkan terjadi karena masalah – masalah komunikasi internal dan eksternal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pelaksanaan program siaran Lampung Hari Ini (LHI) pada TVRI stasiun lampung sesuai perspektif audit komunikasi serta menyajikan model komunikasi pelaksanaan produksi program siaran Lampung Hari Ini (LHI). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan studi pustaka. Informan pada penelitian sebanyak sepuluh orang yakni enam orang pegawai TVRI Lampung, satu orang eksternal KPID Lampung dan empat orang penonton Lampung Hari Ini (LHI). Audit komunikasi internal pada tiga dimensi utama yaitu dimensi informatif, dimensi hubungan, dan hubungan-informatif dengan teori komunikasi organisasi. Hasil audit komunikasi internal ditemukan adanya permasalahan dalam pelaksanaan koordinasi siaran Lampung Hari Ini (LHI) disebabkan pegawai tidak menjalankan SOP (Standar Operating Procedure) dan rendahnya rasa self belonging pada pegawai serta kurangnya pelatihan yang menyeluruh pada seluruh kru berita Lampung Hari Ini. Hasil audit komunikasi eksternal berharap Lampung Hari Ini menyajikan ruang interaksi bersama narasumber/informan yang intens, segment lalu lintas, penyajian yang modern dan penyiar yang representatif. Model Komunikasi produksi berita Lampung Hari Ini (LHI) disarankan peneliti dirancang lebih terorganisir dengan rapat redaksi harian, mingguan, bulanan dan penekanan pada kolaborasi antara kru berita Lampung Hari Ini (LHI) serta evaluasi dilakukan secara sistematis. Kata Kunci: Audit Komunikasi Internal, Audit Komunikasi Eksternal, Model Komunikasi Produksi, Lampung Hari Ini. The low number of Lampung Hari Ini (LHI) viewers and pre-surveys showed that it occurred due to internal and external communication problems. The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the implementation of the Lampung Hari Ini (LHI) broadcast program on TVRI Lampung station according to the perspective of communication audit and to present a communication model for the implementation of Lampung Hari Ini (LHI) broadcast production. This study uses a qualitative descriptive study method. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations and literature studies. The informants in the study were ten people, namely six TVRI Lampung employees, one external KPID Lampung person and four Lampung Hari Ini (LHI) viewers. Internal communication audits on three main dimensions, namely the informative dimension, the relationship dimension, and the relationship-informative dimension with organizational communication theory. The results of the internal communication audit found that there were problems in the implementation of Lampung Hari Ini (LHI) broadcast coordination caused by employee discipline who did not follow the SOP (SOP). Standard Operating Procedure)and low tasteself belongingon employees and lack of comprehensive training for the entire Lampung Hari Ini news crew. The results of the external communication audit hope that Lampung Hari Ini will present an intense interaction space with sources/informants, traffic segments, modern presentations and representative broadcasters. The Lampung Hari Ini (LHI) news production communication model is suggested by researchers to be designed to be more organized with daily, weekly, and monthly editorial meetings and an emphasis on collaboration between reporters, cameramen, and editors and evaluations are carried out systematically.
