The objective of this study is to analyze the cost structure and profitability of the Cap Buay Nyerupa ground coffee agroindustry located in Sukau Subdistrict, West Lampung Regency. This study employs a case study method. Primary data were obtained through interviews using questionnaires. The research location was purposively selected at the Cap Buay Nyerupa ground coffee agroindustry based on the consideration that the business is still actively producing, marketing its products daily, and offering a distinctive product. The respondent in this study is the owner of the Cap Buay Nyerupa ground coffee agroindustry. The research was conducted in March 2025. The quantitative descriptive analysis used includes cost structure analysis and profit analysis. The results of the study show that the fixed costs amount to Rp41,000.00 and the variable costs amount to Rp27,467,500.00 per month. The total profit earned is Rp8,491,500.00, derived from a total revenue of Rp36,000,000.00 and total costs of Rp27,508,500.00. The highest profit was obtained from the 1000-gram packaging, amounting to Rp2,181,000.00 or 25.68% of the total profit. Meanwhile, the smallest profit came from the 100-gram packaging, which was Rp2,023,500.00 or 23.83% of the total profit. Keywords: coffee, profit, agroindustry, cost structure. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis struktur biaya dan keuntungan pada agroindustri kopi bubuk Cap Buay Nyerupa di Kecamatan Sukau Kabupaten Lampung Barat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus. Data primer diperoleh dari waawancara menggunakan kuisioner. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di agroindustri kopi bubuk Cap Buay Nyerupa yang dipilih secara purposive dengan pertimbangan bahwa agroindustri tersebut masih aktif melaksanakan kegiatan produksi, memasarkan produknya setiap hari dan menghasilkan produk yang khas. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilik agroindustri kopi bubuk Cap Buay Nyerupa. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret 2025. Analisis kuantitatif deskriptif yang digunakan meliputi analisis struktur biaya dan analisis laba. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan biaya tetap sebesar Rp 41.000,00 dan biaya variabel sebesar Rp 27.467.500,00 per bulan. Selanjutnya total sebesar Rp 8.491.500,00 dari total pendapatan Rp36.000.000,00 dan total biaya Rp 27.508.500,00. Keuntungan terbesar diperoleh dari kemasan 1000 gr sebesar Rp2.181.000,00 atau 25,68% dari total keuntungan. Sedangkan kemasan 100 gr memberikan keuntungan terkecil yaitu Rp2.023.500,00 atau 23,83%.
