Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Abstrak Isu-isu triad KRR (seksualitas , HIV-AIDS dan Napza) merupakan isu yang sangat aktual saat ini. Apabila kasus-kasus remaja dibiarkan nantinya akan merusak masa depan keluarga dan masa depan bangsa indonesia. Untuk merespon hal tersebut pemerintah (c.q. BKKBN) mengembangkan program penyiapan kehidupan berkeluarga bagi remaja (PKBR) yang merupakan salah satu program pokok pembangunan nasional yang tercantum dalam Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 5 Tahun 2010 tentang Rencana Program Jangka Menengah Nasional (BKKBN 2010-2014). Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini ialah bagaimanakah peran BKKBN Propinsi Lampung terhadap program PKBR dan apakah faktor penghambat dari program PKBR. Pendekatan masalah yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan Normatif-Empiris. Sumber data dari penelitian ini berasal dari dua jenis data, yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi pustaka, studi lapangan. Dari hasil penelitian diolah dengan seleksi data, klasifikasi data, penyusunan data. Peran BKKBN Propinsi Lampung terhadap Program Penyiapan Kehidupan Berkeluarga Bagi Remaja antara lain dalam hal pembinaan, pembimbingan atau pendampingan, fasilitasi, monitoring dan evaluasi terkait program penyiapan kehidupan berkeluarga bagi remaja. Hambatan dalam pelaksanaan program penyiapan kehidupan berkeluarga bagi remaja, adalah: (a). Program penyiapan kehidupan berkeluarga bagi remaja belum menjadi program prioritas dalam dukungan dan komitmen pemerintah Propinsi dan Kabupaten/kota, yang khususnya berdampak pada besarnya dukungan dana, sarana-prasarana dan personil. (b). Sumber daya (dana, sarana dan personil) untuk program penyiapan kehidupan berkeluarga bagi remaja yang relatif kecil/minim dibandingkan dengan urgensi dan cakupan permasalahan remaja yang ada. In response the government (cq BKKBN) develop family life preparation program for youth (PKBR) which is one of the principal national development programs that are listed in the Regulation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5 of 2010 on the National Medium Term Program Plan (BKKBN 2010-2014). The problem in this research is how the role of the program BKKBN Lampung PKBR and what inhibiting factors of the program PKBR. The approach used in this study is normative-empirical approach. Source data from this study come from two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. Data was collected through library research, field study. From the results of the research has been collected, then processed with data selection, data classification, data preparation. Role BKKBN Lampung Province on family life Preparation Program For Teens (PKBR) among others in terms of coaching, coaching or mentoring, facilitation, monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the program related to the preparation of family life for adolescents. In related duties Implementation Program for teens preparing family life, BKKBN Lampung province met several obstacles, among others: (a). Preparation programs for youth and family life has not been a priority program in the support and commitment of the provincial and district / city, which particularly impact on the amount of financial support, infrastructure and personnel. (b). Resources (funds, facilities, and personnel) for the preparation of family life for a relatively small teen / minimal compared to the urgency and scope of adolescent problems that exist.
