This research aims to analyze the cost of production, profits and sensitivity to the profits of the tofu and tempeh agroindustry in Bandar Lampung City. The respondents in this study are the owners of the tofu and tempeh agroindustry in Bandar Lampung City. The method used is a case study on the micro, small, and medium-scale tofu and tempeh agroindustry. This research was conducted in November-December 2023 and the analysis method used was quantitative descriptive. The results of the study show that the calculation of the cost of production using the full costing and variable costing methods in the tofu agroindustry and tempeh agroindustry in Bandar Lampung City shows an efficient value because the value produced is below the selling price of the product so as to help the agroindustry to obtain profits. The larger the scale of production, the smaller the amount of cost of production obtained. The micro, small and medium- scale tofu and tempeh agroindustries benefit from the production carried out. Agroindustries with a larger scale have the advantage of being more efficient because they have a larger R/C ratio. Analysis of sensitivity to the scenario of increasing production costs to the profits of the tofu and tempeh agroindustry in Bandar Lampung City, namely the tempeh agroindustry is more sensitive than the tofu agroindustry. Judging from the scale of production, micro-scale agro-industry tends to be more sensitive compared to small- and medium-scale agro-industry. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis harga pokok produksi, keuntungan dan sensitivitas terhadap keuntungan agroindustri tahu dan tempe di Kota Bandar Lampung. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah pemilik agroindustri tahu dan tempe di Kota Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus pada agroindustri tahu dan tempe skala mikro, kecil, dan menengah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada November-Desember 2023 dan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perhitungan harga pokok produksi menggunakan metode full costing dan variable costing pada agroindustri tahu dan agroindustri tempe di Kota Bandar Lampung menunjukkan nilai yang sudah efisien karena nilai yang dihasilkan dibawah harga jual produk sehingga membantu agroindustri untuk memperoleh keuntungan. Semakin besar skala produksi semakin kecil besarnya harga pokok produksi yang diperoleh. Agroindustri tahu dan tempe skala mikro, kecil dan menengah memperoleh keuntungan dari produksi yang dilakukan. Agroindustri dengan skala yang lebih besar memiliki keuntungan yang lebih efisien karena memiliki nilai R/C ratio yang lebih besar. Analisis sensitivitas terhadap skenario kenaikan biaya produksi terhadap keuntungan agroindustri tahu dan tempe di Kota Bandar Lampung yaitu agroindustri tempe lebih sensitif dibandingkan agroindustri tahu. Dilihat dari skala produksinya agroindustri skala mikro cenderung lebih sensitif dibandingkan dengan agroindustri skala skala kecil dan menengah.
