Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya kesadaran peserta didik terhadap lingkungan disekitarnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi model project based learning terhadap kesadaran lingkungan peserta didik kelas VI sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode pre-experimental dengan desain penelitian the one group pretest- posttest design dan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas VI UPT SD Negeri 3 Gadingrejo Utara dengan jumlah 28 peserta didik. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel Convenience Sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel secara praktis dengan melibatkan pemilihan sampel dari orang-orang yang tersedia pada saat itu yang dalam hal ini adalah peserta didik pada sekolah yang diteliti dengan sampel sebanyak 28 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik non-tes. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji N-Gain, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis diterima yang artinya terdapat pengaruh implementasi model project based learning terhadap kesadaran lingkungan peserta didik kelas VI UPT SD Negeri 3 Gadingrejo Utara tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Kata Kunci: kesadaran, lingkungan, model project based learning The problem in this research was the lack of awareness of students regarding the environment around them. This research aimed to determine the effect of implementing the project-based learning model on the environmental awareness of class VI elementary school students. The method used in this research was a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design and a quantitative research type. The population in this study were all students in class VI UPT SD Negeri 3 Gadingrejo Utara with 28 students. Sampling used the Convenience Sampling technique, which is a practical sampling technique that involves selecting samples from people available at that time, which in this case are students at the school studied with a sample of 28 students. The data collection technique used was a non-test technique. The statistical analysis used was the normality test, homogeneity test, N-Gain test, and hypothesis test. The research results show that the hypothesis is accepted, which means that there is an influence of the implementation of the project-based learning model on the environmental awareness of class VI students at UPT SD Negeri 3 Gadingrejo Utara for the 2023/2024 academic year.
