Peran humas Lembaga Penyiaran Publik Radio Republik Indonesia (LPP RRI) salah satu bagian terpenting dalam sebuah lembaga, membangun hubungan yang baik, meningkatkan citra positif perusahaan, menjalin mitra kerja, Marketing Public Relations (MPR), saluran komunikasi untuk menghubungkan antara LPP RRI dengan instansi lainnya agar dapat beriklan pada LPP RRI Bandar Lampung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa peran humas dalam menjalin institution relations pada Lembaga Penyiaran Publik Radio Republik Indonesia (LPP RRI). Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penulisan Tugas Akhir ini adalah humas Lembaga Penyiaran Publik Radio Republik Indonesia (LPP RRI) berfokus pada pembinaan hubungan kelembagaan, memarketkan berbagai jenis jasa yang ditawarkan LPP RRI berupa siaran iklan dan dialog interaktif, untuk meningkatkan citra positif perusahaan agar LPP RRI tetap berkembang dan maju di tengah persaingan serta perkembangan teknologi informasi. Humas juga berperan sebagai pengantar dalam menjembatani atau menghubungkan, komunikasi, pesan dan menampung informasi, menjalin kebijakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konten siaran. Kata Kunci : Peran Humas, Institution Relations, LPP RRI Bandar Lampung The Public Relations role of the Republic of Indonesia Radio Public Broadcasting Institution (LPP RRI) is one of the most important parts in an institution, building good relationships, improving the company's positive image, establishing work partners, marketing public relations, communication channels to connect LPP RRI with other agencies so that they can advertise on LPP RRI Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this research is to find out what the role of public relations is in establishing institutional relations at the Republic of Indonesia Radio Public Broadcasting Institution (LPP RRI). This type of research uses observation, interviews, documentation and literature study methods. The results obtained in writing this Final Project are that the public relations of the Republic of Indonesia Radio Public Broadcasting Institution (LPP RRI) focuses on fostering institutional relationships, marketing various types of services offered by LPP RRI in the form of advertising broadcasts and interactive dialogue, to improve the company's positive image so that LPP RRI remains develop and advance amidst competition and developments in information technology. Public relations also plays a role as an introduction in bridging or connecting, communicating, messaging and accommodating information, establishing policies to meet broadcast content needs.
