Abstract

Konversi lahan hutan lindung menjadi lahan pertanian semusim di Desa Girimulyo, Kabupaten Lampung Timur, dapat menimbulkan kerusakan dan permasalahan baru terutama di kawasan hutan, dapat juga merusak kondisi lingkungan. Sebagai solusi mengatasi permasalahan ini, BPDAS Way Seputih Way Sekampung (WSS) dan KPH Gunung Balak meluncurkan program agroforestri. Efektivitas pelaksanaan program agroforestri dilihat dari tingkat persentase pelaksanaan kegiatan program oleh anggota KTH sesuai dengan indikator kegiatan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelaksanaan program agroforestri oleh anggota kelompok tani hutan, menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan efektivitas pelaksanaan program agroforestri oleh anggota kelompok tani hutan. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Mei-Juni 2025 dengan menggunakan metode survei pada 64 responden anggota KTH. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pelaksanaan program agroforestri oleh anggota KTH di Desa Girimulyo diperoleh hasil untuk penyediaan bibit 79,56 persen, pemanenan alpukat 84,20 persen serta konservasi dan pelestarian 86,46 persen termasuk dalam kategori efektif, namun untuk pemeliharaan tanaman alpukat 76,56 persen serta pelatihan dan pendampingan 57,47 persen masuk dalam kategori cukup efektif, tetapi secara keseluruhan petani mengikuti setiap arahan yang diberikan oleh BPDAS WSS dan Penyuluh kehutanan dengan baik. Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan efektivitas pelaksanaan program agroforestri oleh anggota kelompok tani hutan yaitu kepemimpinan ketua KTH, luas lahan garapan, pengalaman agroforestri, motivasi petani mengikuti program agroforestri, tingkat kekosmopolitan, dan peran penyuluh kehutanan. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the agroforestry program by members of forest farmer groups, analyze factors related to the effectiveness of the implementation of the agroforestry program by members of forest farmer groups. Data collection was conducted in May-June 2025 using a survey method on 64 KTH member respondents. The data analysis techniques used were quantitative descriptive analysis and Spearman Rank correlation. The results of the study showed that the effectiveness of the implementation of the agroforestry program by KTH members in Girimulyo Village obtained results for the provision of seeds 79,56 percent, avocado harvesting 84,20 percent and conservation and preservation 86,46 percent included in the effective category, but for avocado plant maintenance 76,56 percent and training and mentoring 57,47 percent included in the fairly effective category, but overall the farmers followed every direction given by BPDAS WSS and forestry extension workers well. Factors related to the effectiveness of the implementation of agroforestry programs by members of forest farmer groups are the leadership of the KTH head, the area of cultivated land, agroforestry experience, farmer motivation to participate in agroforestry programs, the level of cosmopolitanism, and the role of forestry extension workers.
