Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh waktu pemberian multienzim melalui air minum terhadap bobot akhir, bobot hidup, dan bobot karkas ayam kampung ULU. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 7 minggu di kandang Open House, Jurusan Peternakan, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Lampung, menggunakan 200 ekor Day Old Chick (DOC) yang dibagi menjadi 20 petak This study aims to determine the effect of time of multienzyme administration through drinking water on final weight, live weight, and carcass weight of ULU native chicken. The study was conducted for 7 weeks in the Open House cage, Department of Animal Husbandry, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung. Using 200 Day-Old Chicks (DOC) divided into 20 experimental plots. The study design used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 4 replications. The treatment given when administering multienzymes in drinking water is: P0 control without multienzyme, P1; multienzyme weeks 1--2, P2; weeks 2--4, P3; weeks 4--6, and P4; weeks 1--7. The results showed that multienzyme administration did not have a real effect (P>0.05) on the observed variables, so that there is no best time to give multienzymes for the final weight, live weight, and carcass weight of ULU native chickens. Keywords: ULU native chicken, multienzyme, final weight, live weight, carcass weight. percobaan. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan yang diberikan waktu pemberian multienzim dalam air minum yakni P0 kontrol tanpa multienzim, P1; multienzim minggu ke1--2, P2; minggu ke2--4, P3; minggu ke4--6, dan P4; minggu ke1--7. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian multienzim tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap peubah yang diamati, sehingga tidak terdapat waktu pemberian multienzim yang terbaik untuk bobot akhir, bobot hidup, dan bobot karkas ayam kampung ULU. Kata kunci : Ayam kampung ULU, multienzim, bobot akhir, bobot hidup, bobot karkas.
