Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul menulis teks biografi berbasis model project based learning bagi peserta didik SMA kelas X Penelitian ini menghasilkan e-modul menulis teks biografi berbasis model project based learning, mendeskripsikan kelayakan e- modul, dan menguji efektivitas bahan ajar digital menulis teks biografi berbasis model project based learning bagi peserta didik SMA kelas X. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu ADDIE yang terdiri atas analysis (analisis masalah), design (mendesain produk), development (pengembangan), implementation (implementasi), dan evaluation (evaluasi). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung, SMA Negeri 16 Bandar Lampung, dan SMK Swadhipa 2 Natar. Sumber data penelitian berupa e-modul menulis teks biografi berbasis model project based learning. Data penelitian berupa hasil penilaian oleh ahli materi, ahli bahan ajar, praktisi, serta hasil uji coba produk dan efektivitas kepada peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, angket, dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) e-modul menulis teks biografi berbasis Project Based Learning berhasil dikembangkan, (2) e-modul dinyatakan sangat layak digunakan dengan hasil validasi dari ahli materi sebesar 81,6% (sangat layak), ahli media 85,83% (sangat layak), dan praktisi 88,61% (sangat layak), yang seluruhnya termasuk dalam kategori "Sangat Layak", serta (3) e-modul terbukti efektif digunakan, dibuktikan dari hasil N-gain sebesar 0,62 (sedang) di SMA Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung, 0,67 (sedang) di SMA Negeri 16 Bandar Lampung, dan 0,74 (tinggi) di SMK Swadhipa 2 Natar, yang menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dari prates ke pascates. Kata Kunci : bahan ajar, teks biografi, pembelajaran proyek This study aims to develop a module for writing biographical texts based on the project based learning model for grade X SMA students. This study produces an e-module for writing biographical texts based on the project based learning model, describes the feasibility of the e-module, and tests the effectiveness of digital teaching materials for writing biographical texts based on the project based learning model for grade X SMA students. The research method used is ADDIE which consists of analysis (problem analysis), design (product design), development (development), implementation (implementation), and evaluation (evaluation). This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung, SMA Negeri 16 Bandar Lampung, and SMK Swadhipa 2 Natar. The source of research data is in the form of an e-module for writing biographical texts based on the project based learning model. Research data is in the form of assessment results by material experts, teaching material experts, practitioners, as well as product trial results and effectiveness for students. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews, observations, questionnaires, and tests. The results of the study showed that (1) the e-module for writing biographical texts based on Project Based Learning was successfully developed, (2) the e-module was declared very feasible to use with validation results from material experts of 81.6% (very feasible), media experts 85.83% (very feasible), and practitioners 88.61% (very feasible), all of which were included in the "Very Feasible" category, and (3) the e- module was proven to be effective to use, as evidenced by the N-gain results of 0.62 (moderate) at SMA Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung, 0.67 (moderate) at SMA Negeri 16 Bandar Lampung, and 0.74 (high) at SMK Swadhipa 2 Natar, which showed a significant increase from pre-test to post-test.
