Abstract

Sistem akuntansi penggajian memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam mendukung kelancaran operasional perusahaan. Dengan adanya sistem ini, seluruh prosedur terkait penggajian dapat dilaksanakan secara lebih terstruktur dan sistemat is. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana penerapan sist em akuntansi penggajian karyawan di PT Ciriajasa Cipta Mandiri, termasuk ident ifikasi fungsi -fungsi yang terlibat, jenis dokumen dan catatan yang digunakan, laporan yang dihasilkan, serta menelaah prosedur pengendalian internal dan bagan alir yang mendukung sistem tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penelit ian, diketahui bahwa sistem penggajian di PT Ciriajasa Cipta Mandiri masih tergolong sederhana. Proses pembayaran gaji dilakukan satu kali dalam sebulan kepada seluruh karyawan. Setiap pembayaran gaji disesuaikan dengan hasil negosiasi dan perhitungan pada masing-masing bagian, yang kemudian harus mendapatkan persetujuan dari bagian keuangan dan manajer perusahaan sebelum proses pembayaran dapat dilaksanakan. Kata Kunci: Sistem Akuntansi, Penggajian A payroll accounting system plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of a company. With this system, all payroll-related procedures can be implemented in a more structured and systematic manner. The purpose of this activity is to evaluate the implementation of the employee payroll accounting system at PT Ciriajasa Cipta Mandiri, including identifying the functions involved, the types of documents and records used, the reports generated, and reviewing the internal control procedures and flowcharts that support the system. Based on the research results, it was found that the payroll system at PT Ciriajasa Cipta Mandiri is still relatively simple. Salary payments are made once a month to all employees. Each salary payment is adjusted based on the results of negotiations and calculations in each department, which then require approval from the finance department and company managers before payment can be processed.
