Abstract

Analisis Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran (RKA) pada Unit Sintelis PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) berfokus pada bagaimana merencanakan dan mengatur penggunaan anggaran untuk mendukung kebutuhan teknologi informasi di perusahaan. Unit Sintelis bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan sistem informasi yang mendukung operasional kereta api, seperti sistem pemantauan dan komunikasi. Dalam penyusunan The analysis of the Work Plan and Budget (RKA) at the Sintelis Unit of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) focuses on how to plan and manage budget allocations to support the company's information technology needs. The Sintelis Unit is responsible for managing information systems that support train operations, such as monitoring and communication systems. In preparing the RKA, it is important to ensure that the allocated budget is sufficient to support the necessary technology projects without exceeding existing limits. This process includes activity planning, cost estimation, and monitoring to ensure the budget is used efficiently and effectively. With a sound RKA analysis, the Sintelis Unit can optimize budget utilization and improve the performance of information systems that support the smooth operations of PT. KAI. Keywords: Work Plan and Budget, Budget Management RKA, penting untuk memastikan bahwa anggaran yang disediakan cukup untuk mendukung proyek teknologi yang diperlukan tanpa melebihi batas yang ada. Proses ini mencakup perencanaan kegiatan, estimasi biaya, serta pengawasan agar anggaran digunakan secara efisien dan efektif. Dengan analisis RKA yang baik, Unit Sintelis dapat mengoptimalkan penggunaan anggaran dan meningkatkan kinerja sistem informasi yang mendukung kelancaran operasional PT. KAI.
