ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the productivity of farm land, the amount of production costs, the level of household income and the contribution of coffee farming to the income of farmers' households, and the level of welfare of coffee farmers' households in Balik Bukit District, West Lampung Regency. This research method uses a survey method. The data analysis used is land productivity analysis, production cost analysis, income analysis, and welfare level analysis. The results of the analysis show that the average productivity of coffee farming land in Balik Bukit District is 0.92 tons/ha. The cash production cost per kilogram of coffee in Balik Bukit District, West Lampung Regency is IDR 9,501.05/kg and the total production cost is IDR 39,127.47/kg. The level of income from cash costs of coffee farmers is IDR 50,170,155.86/ha. Income from total costs is IDR 24,518,202.28/ha. Income from cash costs and total costs in coffee farming are positive, which means that coffee farming in Balik Bukit District, West Lampung Regency is profitable and feasible. The contribution of coffee farmers' income (on farm) to household income is 83%. The average household income of coffee farmers in Balik Bukit District, West Lampung Regency in 2024 is IDR 2,194,941.73/kp/month, which is said to be prosperous. Meanwhile, the average per capita income per month of coffee farmer households according to the World Bank is categorized as not extremely poor and lower middle poor, but is categorized as upper middle poor. Key words : Costs, Level of Welfare, and Productivity Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis produktivitas lahan usahatani, besar biaya produksi, tingkat pendapatan rumah tangga dan sumbangan usahatani kopi terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga petani, dan tingkat kesejahteraan rumah tangga petani kopi di Kecamatan Balik Bukit, Kabupaten Lampung Barat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode surve. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis produktivitas lahan, analisis biaya pokok produksi, analisis pendapatan, dan analisis tingkat kesejahteraan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Rata-rata produktivitas lahan usahatani kopi di Kecamatan Balik Bukit sebesar 0,92 ton/ha. Biaya produksi tunai per kilogram kopi di Kecamatan Balik Bukit Kabupaten Lampung Barat sebesar Rp9.501,05/kg dan biaya produksi total sebesar Rp39.127,47/kg. Tingkat pendapatan atas biaya tunai petani kopi sebesar Rp50.170.155,86/ha. Pendapatan atas biaya total sebesar Rp24.518.202,28/ha. Pendapatan biaya tunai dan biaya total pada usahatani kopi bernilai positif yang berarti usahatani kopi di Kecamatan Balik Bukit Kabupaten Lampung Barat menguntungkan layak untuk dilakukan. Sumbangan pendapatan petani kopi (on farm) terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga adalah sebesar 83%. Rata-rata pendapatan rumah tangga petani kopi di Kecamatan Balik Bukit Kabupaten Lampung Barat tahun 2024 sebesar Rp2.194.941,73/kp/bl dikatakan sejahtera. Sedangkan rata-rata pendapatan per kapita per bulan rumah tangga petani kopi menurut World Bank dikategorika tidak miskin ekstrem dan miskin menengah bawah, namun dikategorikan miskin menengah atas. Kata kunci: biaya, kesejahteraan, dan produktivitas.
