ABSTRAK Tanaman pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) adalah sayuran yang dapat dibudidayakan menggunakan hidroponik sistwm wick. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh campuran nutrisi AB Mix dan biourin sapi terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) menggunakan teknik hidroponik sistem wick. Metode eksperimen dilakukan dengan RAL (rancangan acak lengkap) tersusun secara non faktorial dari 6 perlakuan Komposisi Biourin (KB) meliputi KB0, KB20, KB40, KB60, KB80, KB100 yang masing-masing memiliki 3 ulangan dengan jumlah total 18 satuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) Biourin sapi sebagai campuran dari larutan nutrisi pada tanaman pakcoy cenderung mendapatkan hasil yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan penggunaan nutrisi AB Mix. Ditunjukan bahwa tinggi tanaman = 6 cm, jumlah daun = 6 helai, diameter batang = 2,53 mm, Panjang akar = 3,90 cm, luas kanopi = 15,48 cm², bobot kering = 0 gram, bobot basah = 0 gram. Hal ini disebabkan oleh unsur hara yang terkandung dalam POC Biourin tergolong rendah. Selain itu, disebabkan oleh adanya proses fermenntasi dalam POC biourin sapi yang masih berjalan atau proses degradasi oleh mikroorganisme belum sempurna. Kata Kunci: Urin Sapi, Pakcoy, Hidroponik, Hidroponik Sistem Wick. Pakcoy plants (Brassica rapa L.) are vegetables that can be cultivated using wick system hydroponics. This study aims to analyze the effect of AB Mix nutrient mixture and cow biourin on the growth and yield of pakcoy plants (Brassica rapa L.) using the wick system hydroponic technique. The experimental method was carried out with RAL (complete randomized design) arranged non-factorially from 6 treatments of Biourin Composition (KB) including KB0, KB20, KB40, KB60, KB80, KB100, each of which had 3 replicates with a total of 18 units. The results showed that the use of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC) Biourin cow as a mixture of nutrient solutions in pakcoy plants tended to get lower results compared to the use of AB Mix nutrition. It was shown that plant height = 6 cm, number of leaves = 6 strands, stem diameter = 2.53 mm, root length = 3.90 cm, canopy area = 15.48 cm², dry weight = 0 grams, wet weight = 0 grams. This is due to the nutrients contained in POC Biourin which are relatively low. In addition, it is caused by the fermenntation process in POC biourin cattle that is still running or the degradation process by microorganisms is not perfect.
