Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik kelas XI Jurusan Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 1 Kotabumi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas layanan bimbingan kelompok dalam meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 70 siswa, dan sampel terdiri dari 10 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test untuk melihat perbedaan signifikan antara hasil pretest dan posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dalam keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal setelah mengikuti layanan bimbingan kelompok. Rata-rata skor pretest peserta adalah 128,8 dan meningkat menjadi 186,0 pada posttest. Hasil analisis uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,005 (< 0,05), yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Seluruh peserta mengalami peningkatan skor, tanpa adanya penurunan atau stagnasi, sehingga layanan bimbingan kelompok dinyatakan efektif. Kata kunci: Bimbingan Kelompok, Komunikasi Interpersonal, Siswa The problem in this study is the low interpersonal communication skills possessed by class XI students majoring in Accounting at SMK Negeri 1 Kotabumi. Low interpersonal communication skills can have an impact on students' lack of ability to establish social relationships, work together in groups, and convey ideas and opinions effectively. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of group guidance services in improving students' interpersonal communication skills. The research method used is quantitative with a quasi-experimental design. The population in this study was 70 students, and the sample consisted of 10 students selected using purposive sampling techniques based on certain criteria. The instrument used was an interpersonal communication skills questionnaire, while the data analysis technique used the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test to see significant differences between the pretest and posttest results. The results of the study showed an increase in interpersonal communication skills after participating in group guidance services. The average pretest score of participants was 128.8 and increased to 186.0 in the posttest. The results of the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test analysis showed a significance value of 0.005 (<0.05), which means there was a significant difference between before and after treatment. All participants experienced an increase in scores, without any decline or stagnation, so the group guidance service was declared effective.
