Jual beli online telah menjadi bagian penting dalam kehidupan modern, dengan adanya marketplace seperti Shopee yang memudahkan transaksi antar pembeli dan penjual. fitur Pesanan Selesai di Shopee berfungsi untuk menandakan selesainya transaksi setelah pembeli menerima barang, yang memungkinkan pencairan dana kepada penjual. Namun, dalam faktanya sering terjadi masalah seperti pembeli lupa atau enggan menekan tombol konfirmasi, yang dapat menyebabkan ketidakpuasan dan hambatan dalam kelancaran transaksi. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis syarat dan ketentuan fitur Pesanan Selesai dalam penggunaan fitur Pesanan Selesai pada marketplace Shopee, hambatan dalam penggunaan fitur Pesanan Selesai pada marketplace Shopee, dan akibat hukum dari penggunaan fitur Pesanan Selesai terhadap status transaksi serta tanggung jawab pembeli dan penjual. Jenis penelitian dalam skripsi ini menggunakan penelitian hukum normatif dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif. Pendekatan masalah menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan. Data dan sumber data menggunakan data sekunder yang terdiri dari bahan hukum primer yaitu bahan hukum yang mempunyai kekuatan mengikat secara umum dan memiliki kekuatan hukum yang sah, bahan hukum sekunder yaitu bahan hukum yang memberikan penjelasan terhadap bahan hukum primer, dan bahan hukum tersier yaitu bahan hukum yang memberikan petunjuk atau penjelasan terhadap bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dan studi dokumen. Metode pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini melalui pemeriksaan data, verifikasi data dan sistematisasi data. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yaitu syarat dan ketentuan dalam penggunaan fitur Pesanan Selesai di Shopee meliputi penerimaan barang oleh pembeli, melewati batas waktu konfirmasi yang ditentukan sistem, serta persetujuan pengguna sejak awal pendaftaran dan ketentuan pelaksanaanya secara konfirmasi manual oleh pembeli dan penyelesaian otomatis oleh sistem, yang secara hukum dianggap sebagai pengakuan bahwa transaksi telah selesai. Hambatan dalam penggunaan fitur ini meliputi kendala teknis seperti keterlambatan sistem, serta kendala non-teknis seperti minimnya edukasi dan kesadaran hukum dari pihak pengguna. Akibat hukum fitur Pesanan Selesai mengakibatkan status transaksi dinyatakan selesai dan mengubah tanggung jawab antara pembeli dan penjual setelah transaksi selesai, pembeli tidak dapat mengajukan pengaduan lagi. Sebaliknya, bagi pihak penjual status tersebut memberi penjual jaminan pembayaran, tetapi tetap memiliki tanggung jawab hukum jika barang rusak atau tidak sesuai . Kata Kunci: Fitur Pesanan Selesai, Transaksi Jual Beli, Online, Shopee, Marketplace Online buying and selling has become an important part of modern life, with marketplace such as Shopee making transactions between buyers and sellers easy. The Completed Order feature in Shopee serves to signify the completion of the transaction after the buyer receives the goods, which enables the disbursement of funds to the seller. However, in fact, problems often occur such as buyers forgetting or being reluctant to press the confirmation button, which can cause dissatisfaction and obstacles in the smooth running of the transaction. The problems in this study are to analyse the terms and conditions of the Completed Order feature in the use of the Completed Order feature in Shopee marketplace, obstacles in the use of the Completed Order feature in Shopee marketplace, and the legal consequences of using the Completed Order feature on the status of transactions as well as the responsibilities of buyers and sellers. The type of research in this thesis uses normative legal research with descriptive research type. The problem approach uses a statutory approach. Data and data sources use secondary data consisting of primary legal materials, namely legal materials that have general binding force and have legal force, secondary legal materials, namely legal materials that provide an explanation of primary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials, namely legal materials that provide guidance or explanation of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. The data collection method used is literature study and document study. The data processing method in this research is through data checking, data verification and data systematisation. The data analysis method uses qualitative methods. The results of the research and discussion include the terms and conditions in the use of the Completed Order feature in Shopee include the receipt of goods by the buyer, past the system-determined confirmation deadline, as well as the user's consent since the initial registration and the terms of implementation by manual confirmation by the buyer and automatic completion by the system, which is legally considered as an acknowledgement that the transaction has been completed. The obstacles in using this feature include technical obstacles such iv Agria Fadinin as system delays, as well as non-technical obstacles such as the lack of education and legal awareness on the part of users. The legal ef ect of the Completed Order feature results in the transaction status being declared completed and changes the liability between the buyer and seller after the transaction is completed, the buyer cannot file a complaint anymore. Instead, the status gives the seller a guarantee of payment, but retains legal responsibility if the item is defective or nonconforming.
