Abstract
Masalah pada penelitian ini adalah kurangnya kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika peserta didik kelas V SDN 2 Karangsari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match berbantuan media flashcard terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika peserta didik kelas V sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu eksperimen semu dengan non-equivalent control group design. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 47 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu teknik tes dan non tes yang terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana yang diperoleh Fhitung = 24,782 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match berbantuan media flashcard terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika peserta didik kelas V sekolah dasar. Kata Kunci: flashcard, model make a match, pemahaman konsep. The problem addressed in this study was the lack of conceptual understanding in mathematics among fifth-grade students at SDN 2 Karangsari. This study aimed to examine the effect of the make a match type of cooperative learning model assisted by flashcard media on the mathematical concept understanding of fifth-grade elementary school students. This research employed a quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent control group design. The population in this study consisted of 47 students. Data were collected through test and non-test techniques, including observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression, which resulted in an F-value of 24.782 with a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05). Based on these results, the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. Therefore, the findings of this study indicated that the make a match type of cooperative learning model assisted by flashcard media had a significant effect on the conceptual understanding of mathematics among fifth-grade elementary school students.
