Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan pengelolaan data akademik dan layanan mahasiswa di Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (FMIPA) Universitas Lampung. Masalah utama yang dihadapi adalah ketidakmampuan sistem informasi SaiData dalam melakukan sinkronisasi data dosen secara otomatis dengan sistem eksternal seperti One Data, serta proses layanan mahasiswa yang masih manual dan tidak terintegrasi. Penelitian ini mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan Modul Layanan Mahasiswa yang terintegrasi dalam website SaiData dan fitur sinkronisasi data dosen menggunakan API One Data. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Scrum, dengan memanfaatkan teknologi seperti PHP, Laravel, dan MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan berhasil mengatasi masalah sinkronisasi data dosen secara otomatis, sehingga data publikasi, penelitian, dan pengabdian menjadi lebih mutakhir dan akurat. Selain itu, Modul Layanan Mahasiswa berhasil mendigitalisasi berbagai layanan akademik dan administrasi, seperti pengajuan cuti akademik dan surat keterangan, sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi dan aksesibilitas layanan. Pengujian sistem menggunakan metode black-box menunjukkan bahwa fungsionalitas sistem berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Pengembangan ini memberikan kontribusi dalam modernisasi sistem informasi di FMIPA, meningkatkan kualitas manajemen data, dan efisiensi layanan akademik. Kata kunci: layanan mahasiswa, sinkronisasi data, api, sistem informasi. This research aims to overcome the problems of academic data management and student services at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA), University of Lampung. The main problem faced is the inability of the SaiData information system to synchronize lecturer data automatically with external systems such as One Data, and the student service process is still manual and not integrated. This research develops and implements a Student Service Module integrated in the SaiData website and a lecturer data synchronization feature using the One Data API. The system development method used is Scrum, utilizing technologies such as PHP, Laravel, and MySQL. The results showed that the developed system successfully overcame the problem of automatically synchronizing lecturer data, so that publication, research, and service data became more up-to-date and accurate. In addition, the Student Services Module succeeded in digitizing various academic and administrative services, such as applying for academic leave and certificates, thereby increasing service efficiency and accessibility. System testing using the black-box method shows that the system functionality runs as expected. This development contributes to the modernization of information systems in FMIPA, improving the quality of data management, and the efficiency of academic services.
