Partisipasi perempuan dalam politik, khususnya dalam lembaga legislatif, merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam mewujudkan demokrasi yang inklusif dan berkeadilan gender. Meskipun telah ada berbagai kebijakan afirmatif seperti kuota 30% keterwakilan perempuan dalam daftar calon legislatif, kenyataannya tingkat representasi perempuan di parlemen masih belum sepenuhnya ideal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola komunikasi politik yang diterapkan oleh anggota legislatif perempuan terpilih Fraksi Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) di DPRD Provinsi Lampung pada masa kampanye Pemilu Legislatif 2024. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini meliputi dua hal utama, yaitu pertama, Bagaimana cara kader perempuan Fraksi Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa memahami dan memberikan janji untuk memenuhi kepentingan rakyat pada masa kampanye pemilu legislatif 2024 di Provinsi Lampung? Untuk menjawab rumusan masalah tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan anggota legislatif perempuan terpilih, kader partai, serta pemilih di Provinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini juga melibatkan observasi langsung terhadap kegiatan kampanye untuk memperoleh gambaran yang lebih jelas mengenai pola komunikasi yang digunakan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis tematik, yang memungkinkan peneliti untuk mengidentifikasi tema-tema utama yang muncul dalam komunikasi politik yang dijalankan oleh anggota legislatif perempuan Fraksi PKB. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tiga legislator perempuan Fraksi PKB di DPRD Provinsi Lampung menerapkan pola komunikasi politik yang interaktif, partisipatif, dan kontekstual. Melalui pendekatan berbasis komunitas, keagamaan, dan kepemudaan, mereka berhasil membangun hubungan emosional dengan pemilih, terutama perempuan dan generasi muda. Strategi ini menggabungkan komunikasi langsung dan media sosial secara efektif. Komunikasi politik mereka memperkuat identitas sebagai politisi perempuan yang autentik dan berdaya. Pendekatan ini terbukti berkontribusi pada peningkatan keterwakilan perempuan di parlemen daerah. Kata Kunci : Pola Komunikasi, Legislatif Perempuan. Fraksi PKB Women’s participation in politics, particularly within legislative institutions, is one of the key indicators in achieving inclusive and gender-equitable democracy. Although various affirmative policies, such as the 30% quota for female representation on legislative candidate lists, have been implemented, the actual level of women’s representation in parliament remains less than ideal. This study aims to analyze the political communication patterns implemented by the elected women legislators from the Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) fraction in the Provincial DPRD of Lampung during the 2024 Legislative Election campaign. The research questions in this study are divided into two main issues: first, how is the political communication process carried out by the female legislators from the PKB fraction during the 2024 Legislative Election campaign in Lampung Province? Second, how does the female cadres of PKB understand and make promises to fulfill the interests of the people during the 2024 legislative election campaign in Lampung Province?. To address these research questions, this study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with elected female legislators, party cadres, and voters in Lampung Province. This research also involves direct observation of campaign activities to gain a clearer picture of the communication patterns used. Data analysis is conducted using thematic analysis techniques, allowing the researcher to identify key themes that emerge in the political communication practiced by the female legislators of the PKB. The findings reveal that the three elected female legislators from the PKB faction in the Lampung Provincial DPRD implemented communication patterns that were interactive, participatory, and contextual. Through community-based, religious, and youth-oriented approaches, they successfully built emotional connections with voters, particularly women and young people. Their strategies effectively combined face-to-face communication with social media outreach. This political communication strengthened their identity as authentic and empowered female politicians. Such an approach has proven to contribute significantly to increasing female representation in regional parliament. Keywords: Communication Patterns, Women Legislators, PKB Fraction.
