Produksi kopi di Indonesia mengalami penurunan sebesar 1,43% ribu ton pada tahun 2022 menjadi 774,96 ribu ton. Salah satu penyebab penurunan produksi adalah kemarau panjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketahanan dan pertumbuhan bibit kopi pada interval penyiraman yang berbeda. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Januari-April 2025 di Rumah plastik, Labuan Dalam, Kecamatan Tanjung Senang, Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial. Faktor pertama yaitu jenis kopi (K): K1 (kopi Robusta varietas Korolla 3) dan K2 (kopi Liberika varietas Bariyah). Faktor kedua yaitu interval penyiraman (B): B1(2 hari sekali), B2 (4 hari sekali), B3 (6 hari sekali), dan B4 (8 hari sekali). Homogenitas data diuji menggunakan uji Bartlett, aditifitas data diuji menggunakan uji Tukey. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis ragam dan uji nilai tengah menggunakan uji DMRT (Duncan multiple range test) pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan jenis berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun, lebar daun, dan warna daun, namun tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, panjang daun, diameter batang, bobot segar tajuk, bobot kering tajuk, intensitas kelayuan, dan jumlah daun malformasi. Perlakuan interval penyiraman berpengaruh nyata terhadap bobot segar tajuk dan intensitas kelayuan, namun tidak berpenyaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, lebar daun, panjang daun, diameter batang, bobot kering tajuk, warna daun, dan jumlah daun malformasi. Tidak terdapat interaksi antara perbedaan varietas dan frekuensi penyiraman terhadap pertumbuhan bibit kopi. One of the primary contributing factors to this decline is prolonged drought. This study aimed to evaluate the tolerance and growth responses of two coffee seedling varieties under different watering intervals. The research was conducted from January to April 2025 in a plastic house located in Labuan Dalam, Tanjung Senang District, Bandar Lampung City. A factorial experiment was arranged in a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with a 2 × 4 factorial structure and three replications. The first factor was coffee variety (K): K1 = Robusta (Korolla 3 variety) and K2 = Liberica (Bariyah variety). The second factor was watering interval (B): B1 = every 2 days, B2 = every 4 days, B3 = every 6 days, and B4 = every 8 days. Data homogeneity was assessed using Bartlett’s test, and data additivity was verified with Tukey’s test. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) was conducted, followed by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at a 5% significance level for mean comparisons. The results indicated that coffee variety significantly affected the number of leaves, leaf width, and leaf color. However, it had no significant effect on plant height, leaf length, stem diameter, fresh shoot weight, dry shoot weight, wilting intensity, or the number of malformed leaves. Watering intervals significantly influenced fresh shoot weight and wilting intensity, but did not significantly affect plant height, number of leaves, leaf width, leaf length, stem diameter, dry shoot weight, leaf color, or malformed leaves. No significant interaction was found between coffee variety and watering frequency in relation to seedling growth.
