Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kecenderungan menjadi korban bullying yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas komunikasi anak perempuan dengan ayah terhadap kecenderungan menjadi korban bullying di MAN 1 Metro tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 163 siswi dengan sampel sebanyak 62 siswi yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan berarah negatif antara kualitas komunikasi anak perempuan dengan ayah terhadap kecenderungan menjadi korban bullying yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai rhitung = −0,268 < rtabel= 0,250, dengan p = 0,035; p < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak, artinya jika kualitas komunikasi anak perempuan dengan ayah tinggi maka kecenderungan menjadi korban bullying rendah, begitupun sebaliknya jika kualitas komunikasi anak perempuan dengan ayah rendah maka kecenderungan menjadi korban bullying tinggi. Kata Kunci : Bimbingan Konseling, Kualitas Komunikasi, Bullying, Siswa The problem in this study is the high tendency to become victims of bullying. This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of communication between girls and their fathers and the tendency to become victims of bullying at MAN 1 Metro in the 2024/2025 academic year. The research method used is a quantitative method. The study population was 163 female students with a sample of 62 female students taken using random sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used product moment correlation. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant negative relationship between the quality of communication between girls and their fathers and the tendency to become victims of bullying as indicated by the value of r count = -0.268 < r table = 0.250, with p = 0.035; p < 0.05 then Ho is rejected, meaning that if the quality of communication between girls and their fathers is high, the tendency to become victims of bullying is low, and vice versa if the quality of communication between girls and their fathers is low, the tendency to become victims of bullying is high.
