Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ALQURUN Teaching Model terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) dan menggunakan pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 9 Bandar Lampung Semester Genap Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025 yang diajar oleh Guru B dan terdistribusi ke dalam 4 kelas. Sampel penelitian dipilih melalui teknik cluster random sampling, yaitu kelas VIII-I dengan 24 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan VIII-J dengan 24 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Data penelitian ini berupa data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari tes kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran ALQURUN Teaching Model lebih tinggi dibandingkan peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional. Dengan demikian, ALQURUN Teaching Model berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa. Kata kunci: ALQURUN Teaching Model, kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis, pengaruh This research aims to determine the effect of ALQURUN Teaching Model on students' mathematical critical thinking ability. This research is a quasi experiment and uses pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study were all students in grade VIII of SMP Negeri 9 Bandar Lampung even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year taught by Teacher B and distributed into 4 classes. The research sample was selected through cluster random sampling technique, namely class VIII-I with 24 students as the experimental class and VIII-J with 24 students as the control class. The data of this research is quantitative data obtained from the students' mathematical critical thinking ability test. The results showed that the increase in mathematical critical thinking ability of students who followed ALQURUN Teaching Model learning was higher than the increase in mathematical critical thinking ability of students who followed conventional learning. Thus, ALQURUN Teaching Model has an effect on students' mathematical critical thinking skills. Keywords: effect, ALQURUN Teaching Model, mathematical critical thinking skills
