Abstract
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using the Linguno web-based learning media in improving the French listening skills of Grade XI students at SMAN 16 Bandar Lampung. The research employed a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design using a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample consisted of 33 students from class XI.4 who participated in four learning sessions using the Linguno platform.The instrument used was a multiple-choice test referring to the Learning Objective Flow (ATP) and the A1-level listening competency according to CECRL. Data were collected through pretests and posttests and analyzed using SPSS version 25. Validity and reliability tests indicated that the instrument was feasible (Cronbach's Alpha = 0.986). The results of the normality and homogeneity tests showed that the data were normally distributed and homogeneous. The N-gain test showed an average gain score of 0.4518, which falls into the medium category. The paired sample t-test revealed a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores (sig. 0.000 < 0.05), with an average improvement of 17.25 points.In conclusion, the use of Linguno web-based learning media is effective in enhancing the French listening skills of Grade XI students at SMAN 16 Bandar Lampung. Cette recherche vise à évaluer l’efficacité de l’utilisation du site web éducatif Linguno dans l’amélioration de la compréhension orale en français des élèves de la classe de XI du lycée SMAN 16 Bandar Lampung. L’étude adopte une méthode quantitative avec un plan expérimental quasi-expérimental, utilisant le modèle One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. L’échantillon est composé de 33 élèves de la classe XI.4 ayant participé à quatre séances d’apprentissage avec l’utilisation du site Linguno. L’instrument utilisé est un questionnaire à choix multiples basé sur l’Alur Tujuan Pembelajaran (ATP) et les compétences de niveau A1 selon le CECRL. Les données ont été recueillies à travers des prétests et des posttests, puis analysées à l’aide du logiciel SPSS version 25. Les tests de validité et de fiabilité montrent que l’instrument est fiable (Alpha de Cronbach = 0,986). Les résultats des tests de normalité et d’homogénéité indiquent que les données sont distribuées normalement et de manière homogène. Le test du N-gain révèle une moyenne de 0,4518, ce qui correspond à une amélioration modérée. Le test t montre une différence significative entre les scores du prétest et du posttest (sig. 0,000 < 0,05), avec une augmentation moyenne de 17,25 points. En conclusion, l’utilisation du site web éducatif Linguno s’avère efficace pour améliorer la compréhension orale en français des élèves de la classe de XI au lycée SMAN 16 Bandar Lampung.
