Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris mengenai penerapan prinsip – prinsip good governance terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai pemerintah provinsi se-Sumbagsel. Sampel penelitian berasal dari 80 intansi dengan jumlah 216 responden. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data primer berupa hasil sebaran kuisoner melalui google form. Teknik analisis yang digunakanadalah analisis regresi moderasi dengan menggunakan SPSS Statistic 26. Hasil uji hipotesis (Uji t) menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel utama (transparansi, akuntabilitas, responsibilitas, independensi, dan keadilan) secara langsung memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Untuk pengaruh moderasi penggunaan teknologi informasi, hanya responsibilitas yang terdukung secara signifikan. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa penggunaan teknologi informasi lebih relevan sebagai moderator untuk variabel responsibilitas dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.Hasil koefisien determinan (R Square) diperoleh sebesar 0,907 atau sebesar 90,7% dari penerapan prinsip – prinsip good governance berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 9,3% pada kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. sehingga penelitian ini merekomendasikan untuk penelitian selanjutnya agar mengekplorasi variabel penelitian lainya seperti pengendalian internal, kepastian hukum, pengawasan dan komunikasi, untuk analisis yang lebih komprehensif. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the application of the principlesgood governanceon employee performance with the use of information technology as a moderating variable. The population in the study were all provincial government employees throughout South Sumatra. The research sample came from 80 agencies with a total of 216 respondents.. The data used in the research is primary data in the form of questionnaire distribution results throughgoogle form. The analysis technique used is moderated regression analysis using SPSS Statistic 26. The results of the hypothesis test (t-test) show that all main variables (transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness) directly have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. For the moderating influence of the use of information technology, only responsibility is significantly supported. These results indicate that the use of information technology is more relevant as a moderator for the responsibility variable in improving employee performance. The results of the determinant coefficient (R Square) obtained were 0.907 or 90.7% from the application of the principles.good governanceaffect employee performance. While the remaining 9.3% of employee performance is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. so this study recommends for further research to explore other research variables such as internal control, legal certainty, supervision and communication, for a more comprehensive analysis.
