Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Tanah Ultisol yang mendominasi lahan pertanaman nanas di Lampung Tengah memiliki tingkat kesuburan yang rendah, terutama akibat kandungan nitrogen total (N-total) dan C-organik tanah yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi berbagai jenis pupuk dasar terhadap kandungan N-total tanah dan nitrogen daun (N-daun) pada tanaman nanas di tanah Ultisol Lampung Tengah. Penelitian dilaksanakan di PT Great Giant Pineapple, Lampung Tengah, menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan empat perlakuan dan empat ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri atas K = kontrol (tanpa pupuk), P1 = pupuk Standar Budidaya Tanam, P2 = pupuk Compound, dan P3 = pupuk Russel. Analisis dilakukan terhadap kandungan N-total tanah sebelum dan sesudah aplikasi pupuk, serta kandungan N-daun pada umur 3 BST. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam taraf 5% yang telah diuji homogenitasnya dengan Uji Bartlett dan uji aditivitasnya dengan Uji Tukey, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan Uji Ortogonal Kontras. Uji Korelasi digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel pendukung dengan variabel utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi pupuk dasar meningkatkan kandungan N-total tanah dan N-daun tanaman nanas secara signifikan. Perlakuan P1 secara nyata lebih tinggi meningkatkan N-total dibandingkan P2 dan P3. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif antara kandungan C-organik dan pH tanah terhadap N-total tanah pada pengamatan 3 BST, begitu pula pH tanah terhadap N-daun tanaman nanas pada pengamatan 3 BST. This study aimed to determine the effect of applying various types of base fertilizers on the total nitrogen content in soil and leaf nitrogen (leaf N) in pineapple plants grown on Ultisol soil in Central Lampung. The research was conducted at PT Great Giant Pineapple, Central Lampung, using a Randomized Block Design with four treatments and four replications. The treatments consisted of K = Control (without fertilizer), P1 = Standard Cultivation Fertilizer, P2 = Compound Fertilizer, and P3 = Russel Fertilizer. Analysis was carried out on total N content in soil before and after fertilizer application, as well as leaf N content at 3 months after planting. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) at a 5% significance level, with Bartlett’s test for homogeneity and Tukey’s test for additivity, followed by Orthogonal Contrast Test. Correlation analysis was used to determine the relationship between supporting variables and the main variables. The results show that the application of basic fertilizers significantly increases the total N in soil and the leaf N. P1 substantially increases the total N compared to P2 and P3. The results of the correlation test indicate a positive correlation between organic carbon content and soil pH with total N content at observation 3 BST, as well as soil pH with leaf N at observation 3 BST.
