Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran Wordwall terhadap aktivitas belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Metro. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi-experiment dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, angket, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi analisis statistik deskriptif, uji prasyarat analisis, serta uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil uji Independent Sample t-Test, diketahui bahwa nilai Sig. Levene’s Test for Equality of Variances adalah sebesar 0,147 (0,147 > 0,05), dan diketahui nilai Thitung adalah sebesar 3,669 dengan df 62 sehingga nilai Ttabel adalah 1,670. Dengan demikian, nilai thitung 3,669 > nilai ttabel 1,670 maka sebagaimana dasar pengambilan keputusan dalam uji Independent Sample t-Test dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Kelas eksperimen yang menerapkan media pembelajaran Wordwall menunjukkan peningkatan yang cukup signifikan. Dalam hal keterampilan partisipasi, hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik di kelas eksperimen memiliki tingkat keaktifan sebesar 82,75% yang dikategorikan sebagai sangat aktif, sementara kelas kontrol menunjukkan tingkat keaktifan sebesar 76,5%, yang masuk dalam kategori aktif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran Wordwall memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Aktivitas Belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Metro dibandingkan dengan media konvensional yang diterapkan pada kelas kontrol. The research method used is a quasi-experiment with a quantitative approach. Data collection was conducted through observation, questionnaires, and interviews. Data analysis techniques included descriptive statistical analysis, prerequisite analysis tests, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the Independent Sample t-Test, it was found that the Sig. Levene’s Test for Equality of Variances was 0.147 (0.147 > 0.05), and the calculated t-value was 3.669 with df 62, resulting in a t-table value of 1.670. Thus, since the t-calculated value of 3.669 is greater than the t-table value of 1.670, based on the decision-making criteria in the Independent Sample t-Test, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The experimental class that applied the Wordwall learning media showed a significant increase in participation skills. The observation results showed that students in the experimental class had an activity level of 82.75%, which was categorized as very active, while the control class showed an activity level of 76.5%, which was categorized as active. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the Wordwall learning medium has a significant effect on students' learning activities in the subject of Civic Education at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Metro compared to the conventional medium applied in the control class.
