Abstract
Otonomi Daerah merupakan tantangan bagi Pemerintah Daerah dalam mengurangi ketergantungan kepada Pemerintah Pusat dan mempercepat peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) merupakan sumber pembiayaan paling penting dalam proses penyelenggaraan otonomi daerah yang komponen utamanya adalah penerimaan yang berasal dari komponen pajak daerah, retribusi daerah, pendapatan BUMD dan pendapatan lainnya. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pajak daerah, retribusi daerah, pendapatan BUMD, dan pendapatan lainnya terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Se-Kota Di Provinsi Lampung. Data yang digunakan adalah data runtun waktu data tahunan dari tahun 2000-2012. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan pendekatan uji regresi linier berganda, Ordinary Least Square (OLS) dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pajak daerah berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Se-Kota Di Provinsi Lampung, variabel retribusi daerah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Se-Kota Di Provinsi Lampung,variabel pendapatan BUMD dan pendapatan lainnya berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Se-Kota Di Provinsi Lampung. Kata kunci: Pajak daerah, retribusi daerah, pendapatan BUMD, pendapatan lainnya Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Regional autonomy is a challenge for Local Government in reducing dependence on government and accelerate the improvement of public welfare. Revenue is the most important source of financing in the process of regional autonomy which is the main component of revenues derived from the tax component, retribution, enterprises income and other income. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of local taxes, levies, enterprises income, and other income to economic growth all city in Lampung Province. The data used is the time series data of annual data from the years 2000-2012. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression approach, Ordinary Least Square (OLS) and classical assumption. The results showed that the variables of local taxes and no significant positive effect on economic growth all city in Lampung, variable levies positive and significant effect on economic growth all city in Lampung, variable income and other income enterprises negative and not significant to economic growth all city In Lampung Province.
