Masalah dalam penelitian adalah rendahnya hasil belajar IPAS peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 11 Metro Pusat. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh penggunaan model problem based learning berbantuan media audio visual terhadap terhadap hasil belajar IPAS kelas V SD Negeri 11 Metro Pusat. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen. Metode penelitian yaitu eksperimen semu dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu nonequivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 orang peserta didik. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknis tes berupa soal pilihan jamak. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t. Hasil uji t bahwa t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel, yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan model problem based learning berbantuan media audio visual terhadap terhadap hasil belajar IPAS kelas V SD Negeri 11 Metro Pusat. Kata kunci: hasil belajar IPAS, media audio visual, problem based learning The problem in the research is the low science learning outcomes of five grade students at SD Negeri 11 Metro Pusat. The aim of the research is to determine the influence of using the problem based learning model assisted by audio visual media on the science and science learning outcomes for class V at SD Negeri 11 Metro Pusat. Type of quantitative research with an experimental approach. The research method is quasi-experimental with the research design used, namely non- equivalent control group design. The population in this study was 60 students. The research sampling technique used saturated sampling. The data collection technique was carried out using a technical test in the form of multiple choice questions. The data analysis technique uses the t test. The results of the t test show that count is greater than table, which shows that there is an influence of the use of the problem based learning model assisted by audio visual media on the science and science learning outcomes for class V at SD Negeri 11 Metro Pusat.
